Brrrr, it getting cold in evenings!

Hi all,

Im finding early mornings and late in evenings are latley (last week or so) getting a bit nippy (in Swansea,UK). Even put the heating on at one point, also the nights are drawing in, dark here tonight by around 7.50....clocks go back next month too.

Winter is on its way, and from what im told it's all set for another record breaking bad winter (UK), very cold and a lot of snow esspecialy in Scotland.

This year im stocking up on some grit salt in readyness, a few jumpers will be on my list for Santa this year then.

I'm in my room and I'm pretty chilly with the window open above me. The smell of fall air is fantastic!! It's so exciting to know that the holidays are right around the corner! Makes me happy!

It has been raining here in Pa all day, which has made it cool off during the day - it's in the 60's. It's of course even cooler during the morning and at night - I have the door open right now, but it's almost too chilly to even have the door open. I love it though! Fall is here!

Oh my! I could never survive your winters. I just had to laugh at myself on the way home a few minutes ago as I was just chilled to the bone and it's 72º. Of course this is cold compared to the triple digits we've had for the past 3 months.

I don't look forward to the time change because I love being outdoors and it will leave no daylight for outdoor activities after work.

I would love for it to be 60's and 70's all year around, with the high getting into the 80's occasionally during the summer months during the day, but that would also mean I wouldn't get snow for the Christmas season. So...I can't complain. I get all kinds of weather here!

Yes, I agree, yesterday felt like Autumn already...and I'm still waiting for a bit of Summer...? I can't believe how quick the nights are drawing in. But oh well, not long for Christmas.
