Best Christmas song?

My friend (Duncan Moris, the UK's answer to Buble- but better! Find him on Facebook and like his page, he's amazing!) is doing a Christmas countdown of his favourite songs and it's something he and I don't always see eye with. I'm a bit more traditional than him, though I've no idea what he'll be putting on his Facebook page for his advent calendar!

So tell me, what is your favourite Christmas song of all time?

Mine is Nat 'King' Cole, The Christmas Song...

Discuss!

I like "Snowfall" (Claude Thornhill), which is sort of hard to find. At the other end of the spectrum, I also like Josh Groban's "It Came Upon a Midnight Clear". Really, I think it depends on what mood I'm in as to what my favorite Christmas piece is at the moment.

I have so many "favorite" Christmas songs that I cannot pick only one. I guess it depends on my mood at the moment. I like the traditional carols mostly. I'm not very receptive to the new songs.

There's an amazing version of Aretha singing Joy To The World, it's so good! (Duncan Moris introduced me to that too, you really should search for and like his facebook page!)

I have a few myself I love Silent Night, it moves me I also do not care who sings it, I just love it. O' Holy Night is my 2nd, and I LOVE Nat's version that is hands down my favorite. But, I also enjoy a little "fun" Christmas songs, like Let It, Snow, Let It Snow, Let It Snow, I had always adored Dean Martin's version but since Michael Buble I so love his version, I also feel Andy Williams does a great Most Wonderful Time Of the Year, and Perry Como's version of It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas.... Now I also enjoy Country Music and I loved Garth Brooks CD Beyond the Season two of my favorites are The Friendly Beasts and The Gift, they move me too, wonderful words, now for a fun little tune The Old Man's Back in town is a great number, Lori Morgan does a song called Christmas to Christmas which I love too. So guess I have favorites but for different reasons.
