Plenty of info on Tibb's Eve available

I have written some blogs on it , if you do a search you might find one of them. I have fond memories of my grandfather during this day.

Tibbs Eve

it is a day of preparation, of sampling of all the sights and flavors of the season. It was a day with my family to test and make sure all was ok for the guests who were to visit over the 12 days for Christmas, not just Christmas Day. I think I am not allowed a link but if you want just search my name and you will find some wonderful memories of my youth and how we celebrated Tibb's Eve
