I'm not sure if there's been a post about this or not but I recently just downloaded a new type of Radio to my laptop that a friend told me about. It's called "Spotify Radio" and it seems like a really nice Radio so far. Lot's of Christmas albums, artists, songs and there's even a really good selection of Halloween music too. I posted a link below if anyone's interested in checking it out.
I'm on Spotify more than about anywhere else on the www anymore!
Look for me under my real name there. Look for and listen to "RJD's Fifty Cool Yules, Baby!" playlist as well as one labeled "Mistle Tinsel" where I stockpile Christmas tunes for purchase consideration and/or to share on the "Mistletoe Mix" heard on Merry Christmas Radio and in season on my weekly radio show called "Greasy Skillet" on WAAM 1600 AM, Ann Arbor, Michigan USA.
My Spotify account is linked to my FaceBook page so friends may see what I'm listening to and publishing by looking at my activity log.
Be sure to add me at Spotify and/or subscribe to any or all of my playlists! I really dig it deeply there!
I haven't sprung (sprang?) for the premium account. There is no way I would ever be able to get anything done if I could take Spotify with me everywhere!
Instead, I pay for a premium account at DAR.fm so I can record about thirty hours of selected radio shows per week plus have fifty gigabytes of storage. I use the automatic transfer to i-Tunes feature and simply load up Roxanne (my i-Pod) with the shows.
DAR really comes in handy for two twenty-four hour marathon Christmas shows each season!
