Kansas Heat wave

So has anyone else had a very very hot summer? Weve set record here in kansas this year. It reached over a 100 degrees like 10 days straight. Haven't had any rain. I live 30 miles away from the most hottest place recorded this summer Hill city kansas. It has gotten up to 120 degrees on more then 1 occasion. I can't stand the summer at all usually but this one is by far the worse i can ever imagine. I'm hoping for a very snowy and frigid winder. I love winter. Anyone else having these heat waves? IT got up to 105 today here. Still no rain in months. They banned the 4th of july fireworks becasue we have had so many grass and pasture fires from the lack of moisture. A very weird summer indeed.

Here in central Illinois the heat wave finally broke on the 7th of July - now we're in a more "normal" range of upper 80's to mid 90's but for weeks before that it was BRUTAL! Our temps were regularly between 105° and 110° with heat indices topping out at around 120°.

Ugh! Have I mentioned how much I LOVE our air conditioner?

I love the air conditioner to. It got cooler for like a week now it's back in the 100's again. It was 104 yesterday. Stupid heat. I want snow and 0 degree temps.

I think we have already had 3 heatwaves this summer, that I believe is more than the last 2 years combined. I hate this heat.

No heatwaves in the UK. We have rain, more rain and even more rain. It hasn't stopped here. Outside, it looks like a November morning, dark damp and dreary.

It was 107 and sunny yesterday. It's supposed to be 108 and sunny today. It's crappy. I work at a bank and a guy said he wishes it would snow. Then said let it snow let it snow let it snow. Christmas came to mind haha. I agreed it to snow as well.
