Ambidextrous here.

Write and draw detail with the left, can write with the right, but can't draw detail, however when I paint, I can paint equally with the right or left. Makes no sense - you'd think I'd be able to draw detail with the right as well, but I don't. Cake decorating (anything involving piping and design) I do the same with both right and left. Comes in "handy" when doing icing since your hand can cramp up and get tired if you're doing a large cake or a lot of detail.

With everything else - I'm a righty. Knitting, crochet, tatting (yes there's a left and right for that stuff, LOL), scissors, a mouse on a computer, baseball/softball whether it's pitching or batting, throwing a ball, golfing, hockey, shooting... all of it is on the right. I can do it with my left, but it feels more natural and comfortable in/on the right.

To ChristmasJingles - That was very interesting! Love reading things like that! My pseudo-theory here is being based upon 11 years of reading about hemispheres of the brain and their links to academics, after my son suffered brain damage, so no real science to back this up - just a thought. LOL I'd add the wrinkle that it's possible lefties end up one extreme or the other if the bell curve is being based upon standard academics and testing procedures, as most "standard academics" are written predominately for the analytical/left-brained masses. Many lefties complain about having a difficult time in a traditional school setting and are often diagnosed with dyslexia due to the way the right hemisphere reads the data. I'd also wonder how many of those lefties, which fell in the extreme right of the curve, were actually ambidextrous to some degree, allowing them to access both hemispheres for problem solving and information recall. This would then also pose the question of course, as to how many of the right-brain dominant geniuses were also actually ambidextrous.

Lefty here! Although I use the mouse/trackpad with my right hand (as that's how was taught as school) - you can mouse and take notes at the same time - useful!

I also play the guitar/uke right-handed - again how I was taught (but air guitar left-handed...)

I can't write or use scissors with my right hand.

And remember, left handed people are in their right minds!!!

Right-handed in general, but when it comes to opening jars and such, then I am left-hand dominant.

My dad's dad was ambidextrous, and they say you couldn't tell his right-hand signature from his left.

I'm almost completely left-handed, except for guitar playing and shooting. My dad taught me to do both of those, so right-handed is the only way I know for those two activities.

Yep, it's lonely up here at the top of the bell curve. *yawn* Nothing but other lefties up here.

I voted but my hand slipped and clicked on the lefty, well I'm a right handed person. Sorry about the mistake.

I remember in grade school if a student was a lefty, the staff always had to go on the hunt for a left handed desk. It was rare to have left handed students.
My cousin is left handed and when she's visiting me, the handle on the coffee pot is constantly turned. LOL, but it's ok, I just turn it back to the right.
