Of course, you could always retire, Dawg. And that snide remark is coming from a retired teacher who is so happy to be home, LOL. I have to admit that our weather is unseasonable. We are having real fall weather and it is only September. Normally, we don't have fall weather until close to the end of October. When I was teaching, we still had the air conditioner running in the classrooms all through October--no lie! I am hoping this means we might have an early, very cold (dare I say snowy?) winter. I am almost giddy thinking that it could be possible!

At least the TV makes noise!
If you want a lot of noise I could send my boys. I wouldn't wish that on anyone though.

May I make an interjection? Have any of you read the sequel to The Shining? The title is Doctor Sleep:
Doctor Sleep The Long-Awaited Sequel to The Shining Dan Torrance -- all grown up, yet still haunted by his childhood stay at the Overlook Hotel -- now uses his telekinetic "Shining" powers to aid the ill and dying. But when Dan befriends a twelve year old girl with abilities even stronger than his own, the duo become targets of the True Knot, a cult of RV-driving, polyester-clad immortals who survive by torturing "Shining" children to death. The long wait for Dan's story fulfills its promise, a suspenseful, supernatural odyssey bearing the heartfelt human drama of Stephen King's finest work.

School House Rock--Interjections

When Reginald was home with flu, (uh huh)
The doctor knew just what to do:
He cured the infection,
With one small injection,
While Reginald uttered some interjections:

Ouch! That hurts!
Yow! That's not fair, giving a guy a shot down there!>

Interjections
Show excitement,
Or emotion.
They're generally set apart from a sentence
By an exclamation point,
Or by a comma when the feeling's not as strong. Mmmm...

Though Geraldine played hard to get, (uh huh)
Geraldo knew he'd woo her yet.
He showed his affection,
Despite her objections,
And Geraldine hollered some interjections:

Oh! I've never been so insulted in all my life!
Hey! You're kinda cute!>

Interjections
Show excitement,
Or emotion.
They're generally set apart from a sentence
By an exclamation point,
Or by a comma when the feeling's not as strong.

So when you're happy
Or sad
Or frightened
Or mad
Or excited
Or glad
An interjection starts a sentence right!

The game was tied at seven all, (uh huh)
When Franklin found he had the ball.
He made a connection,
In the other direction,
And the crowd starting shouting out interjections:

Interjections
Show excitement,
Or emotion.
They're generally set apart from a sentence
By an exclamation point,
Or by a comma when the feeling's not as strong.

We found these sisters in high school that go to our church that are wonderful with them and they are so reliable and hard working,we don't expect them to clean the kitchen or anything but they do! Not that we leave it dirty either but they just go out of their way,and we are glad we found them because once we moved that was a big issue with trusting a new sitter. Well I better scoot off hopefully by tonight when I return Coach will have his baby here with them! It has been such a long day for them. Have a great evening everyone! enjoy your suppers!
LOL! Always room for Mexican!! Have a great night!
