Haha, this part made me smile for some reason. I would say, good choice for skipping fall decorations and going straight to Christmas' ones.

Ours is up

Well mom put out the fall & Halloween items this past Friday. We have a few items put aside that are for Thanksgiving that will get put out after Halloween. We have a ton more fall than halloween & Thanksgiving. By fall I mean leaves, pumpkins (Not jackolanterns) so it makes it easier to just change out the Halloween & Thanksgiving and feel like we have a lot of decorations. I plan on paying attention to clearance this year to see about picking up a few more pieces for our stuff.

I haven't decided when I will be decorating! I might get the bug & do it tonight- ya just never know!! But I will probably wait a week or 2 yet. I am still in summer mode - and with temps in the 90's this week, it doesn't feel very fall'ish! But by the weekend it's supposed to be much cooler!! The Mums & pansy's I ordered through school will be in on Sept. 21st! Looking forward to getting those!!!

We put out our centerpiece and picked up a couple scarecrows today, really feels like fall now, and smells like it with the candles going.

Will put some up soon. I've got the scarecrows out, but the local grocery stores STILL haven't put pumpkins out...though both Pricecutter and Walmart said they'd be arriving soon. That was a couple days ago though...maybe they've already arrived. I expect I'll have pumpkins before this weekend is over.

THEN the Fall decorating will be done.

I'm just wondering: does anyone have 3 different kinds of "Fall" decorations?

In other words: does anyone here decorate for "Fall" in September, for "Halloween" in October", and then maybe something Turkey/Pilgrims in nature for Thanksgiving in November?

I'm talking outdoor decorations OR inside decorations...
