The temperatures have been dipping down so low here at night, we decided to turn it on.
My air conditioner was running a few days ago!

Is your heating needed where you are?
considering we have had temps below freezing and several inches of snow, yes I turned on the heat! I was hard to give in , but I did it! Fortunately it is getting a tad warmer the next few days and all the snow is gone again, for now.

Been awhile since I posted here but last week it was in the 40s at night and I definitely turned on the heat. This week hasn't been too bad but I prefer the colder weather anyway. Hopefully it stays cold and doesn't fluctuate back to higher temps.

Snowflake Heat!

We've been living with the heat on now for almost two weeks.
It got down to 27 degrees, the last few nights, with some very light snow on Friday past. We had the pond freeze up a bit, so yes our heat is definitely been turned on the first, second, third (in parts) but no heat is turned on, on the 4th floor. I can not stand heat, can't breath, I sleep better with a cool to cold room.
Oh, the house is water heated, with gas furnace, so yes we are hot water heated basically, some areas of this 3500 square foot house does have electric floor heaters, which are not turned on in the most parts of the house, with the exception of certain areas of the kitchen. 1st floor office/garden area.
That's it, and that's ablee...ablee...that's...all folks!
(I think I need help)
Later.....

Well it got colder here this morning. The fire is roaring away tonight, so lovely.

My friend in Scotland had snow. How are the temps elsewhere now?

No a/c on still I hope!
