My Dog Sam
Dear Abby, I too was picked on when I was a child and I too turned to our dog Queenie. She always gave me love and she always listened. Bless you.
I've started for my kids already. I bought them a military aircraft set that's a bunch of mini Air Force airplane replicas, a spiderman arcade set, and a pretty nice sized armored vehicle missile launcher that shoots soft missiles 30ft.
I have bought a lot of Littlest Pet Shop items for my youngest (DD5); a new boombox and mixer for my DD11; and I have made the gifts that go out to our extended family. We are really cutting back this year since we started a new business and the economy is slow, slow, slow.
I got my daughter a really cool Uncle Milton set at Costco...it was a Moon in my room and it also came with a solor system. You hang each from the ceiling, both units come with a remote control and also a CD to view and learn about the solar system as well the moon and it's phases. For example the remote will controll the moon to make a full moon, half moon, crescent etc...really cool and it had top ratings on the discovery channels website, I also got her a Hannah Montana like barbie when you press the button she sings best of both worlds and also the HM playset. A kids bop CD, a sewing kit for beginners, and oh yes costco had these 2liter bottle science book and gadgets I think that was called Scinece in a bottle. I still need to get some other things but thats what consist for her for now. Got the hubby some Hot Sauces made from Mother Pucker's. I also got my oldest and younger brothers who are not married and no kids a Guiness Book of World records hard back book. And I will also make cookies and candy for them both. So yeah thats about all I have bought so far.
A couple presents are coming early for my daughter, and myself. My daughter is seeing Hanna Montana on Dec 8th, and my wife is giving me Rock Band next week (knowing that, like a little boy, I could never wait until Christmas morning to play) Other than that, I have picked up a few Thomas trains for my son (Hopefully the won't be recalled due to lead), and some High School musical stuff for my daughter.
