I am so glad that my daughter is out of that stage now. She is 18 and in college, so the want and need has shifted...

I can say working in the retail business people will do anything for a Wii this holiday season. The morning of our Wii shipment a week ago there were over 70 people lined up and we only had about 20 it was sad really... parents trying so hard to please there children... people offering me $100 to hold them for there kids it's getting ridiculous.

on another note i bought 4 and resold them for three times as much. don't get mad it's part of making money plus people will pay top dollar for it say like.. $700

According to a recent report, shortages of Wii will continue well past this holiday season.

Yikes!

If I were Nintendo, I'd crank up that production line a notch or two.

Still not enough! Got to meet that demand or maybe not. I think they like to drive up the secondary market.
