I just finished watching "Jack Frost" on TBS. I think that this is the first time that I've actually got to see it all the way through.

I have to agree with almcg,it's set at Christmas time so I would classify it as a Christmas movie.

It was funny and touching.

i think that this movie was real sweet, how special that the son got to help heal from his fathers passing finally. there were some really good parts in that movie. I'm watching it tonight actually as i'm babysitting my friends daughter and we r going to watch it, her, me and also my boyfriend

I think it is mildly Christmasy but I thought it was mediocre at best. It was a great idea, and Michael Keaton is a great actor, but it got a little silly and slow...I'd love to hear your thoughts on it if you watch it again!

Its

Its what we call Seasonal.
I would not put it as a Christmas movie.
No Christmas theme.
It has snow and happens during the season, but not a Christmas movie.

Oh and its "OK". Kinda Cheezzy. Would actually be a really good movie if there was a Christmas theme to it.
=)
Just my 1 cent worth (yeah - i know - 2 cents - had to give the other away - all about sharing and such).

I would rank it high on my list of favorite Christmas movies. Right up there with "Polar Express","The Santa Clause movie's and the original "A Christmas Carol".I also like The Night They Saved Christmas"(Jacklyn Smith and Paul Williams),"Rudolph",Ernest Saves Christmas

Call me weird ,but I don't like "A Christmas Story"(Ralphie"),"Elf","Home Alone" and "National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation"

Oh and I was just looking on Wikipedia and it states that "Jack Frost" isn't "centered "around Christmas .

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_Christmas_films

If you scroll down on the page ,you will see it listed in the 2nd list.

I still see it as a Christmas movie. I mean Charlie even says something about it being Christmas day .

Speedy, you're weird.

Not a fan of the movie JF, but would classify it as a holiday flick.

Jack Frost is an ok movie and it takes place around Christmas but, it doesn't seem real Christmassy to me. But, I like movies that take place during Christmas time because of the decorations and lights in the movie. Serendipity and While you were sleeping are those kinds of movies!
