I was asked for my pumpkin pie bread recipe so here it is for anyone interested.
Pumpkin Pie Bread
3 1/2 cups flour
2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
3 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1 cup sugar
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup vegetable oil
1 15oz can pure pumpkin
1/2 cup water
Preheat oven to 350. Grease two loaf pans.
Sift flour, baking soda, baking powder and pumpkin pie spice.
In large bowl, beat sugars, oil, eggs and pumpkin. Stir in flour mixture alternatley with water.
Divide batter evenly into loaf pans. Bake 60 to 70 min.

Mmmm now this sounds yummy. I have never made PPB from scratch. I have bought the bread mix from Walmart and it's good. But I bet this homemade recipe is 10 times better. Thanks for sharing. I may try to make some mini loafs to go along with my cookies and candies I like to make for friends, family and neighbors.
