I don't find it unethical. Weird and creepy, yes, but not unethical. Definitely NOT something I'd want to see.

Well, I think its so interesting how the preserve the bodies. I would love to see it.

Although, the fouth picture is kind of creepy. The red nerves,*shiver*. But, the gorilla one is really facinating.

I find it neither unethical nor educational. What's to learn from this? What we look like from the inside?

Personally, I view the body as a sacred thing. I believe what's being done here is more disrespectful than anything else, regardless of what the "participants" agreed to or not.

What is so educational about a dead dude holding a guitar? If we want to see that we could just get tickets to the Stones.

Just curious...as this has traveled around has it been hit with controversy by those who claim it is unethical.

Not a whole lot here in Chicago. We have a special brand of apathy 'round these parts.

I don't think ethics is as much a problem as morality... what have we degenerated to when viewing dead bodies is considered art or entertainment?

As much as I love the Stones...I laughed too...

We saw this exhibit two years ago in New York. I found it very interesting. It hit me initially that we are looking at real people...But the visitors that were there while we were had a very respectful attitude. And in as much as I could see where people might be disturbed, I found some of the exhibits very moving. My Mom was with us and found it almost too disturbing to look at, so she excused herself and found a bench and watched the reactions of others till we were done. It's not on "public" display, meaning that you do have to pay to see it so anyone offended has the opportunity to skip it. For medical students or those very interested in how the human body works I think it would be a must see!

I think it's fascinating! I could kick myself for not going when it was in Tampa.
