the easter bunny is hiding everything....the baskets, single eggs and the little presents....all at a different spot....so kiddies are busy for at least 20 minutes usually....as long as we are able to do it outside
We haven't decided yet, we usually put it in the same spot, but last year my older boy opened both baskets before we got up so, this is still a work in progress
The bunny has always hid d/d but she is a smart kid and finds it very quickly. I hope this year it is hid a little better so she has a bit of a hunt going on. cheesy
My friend had the funniest post on her facebook page. She said she went to church on Easter Sunday and her daughter was talking with the other kids about their baskets and what they got. One kid said to her daughter that his basket was hidden in the dryer. My friends daughter said her basket was hidden in the kitchen behind her daddy's beer and her mom's empty wine bottles!!!! Ahhahahahah!!! My friend was so embarrassed.
I never hid the baskets, but did hide the eggs. They would grab their baskets and then go egg hunting. Each had their own color or their name on the egg. If they found someone else's they had to keep quiet about it and put it back. It was so much fun to watch them look.
The filled basket is in plain view in the living room. We do an egg hunt with the Sunday School on Saturday & with my sister's kids at my parent's house on Sunday afternoon.
