There are a lot of great movies in this category; but, I voted for A Christmas Vacation. It's one of my favorite christmas movies, period. So I have to vote for it here.

This has not been on TV in a few years. I happen to come across a VHS tape on Ebay a few years ago and then copied it to dvd so i always have it.

Okay, I'm sorry, but I totally came into this thread expecting to find the original "Lethal Weapon" as a choice here. I think Christmas, even though it was just a backdrop for the film, was important for the themes of that movie.

And hey, wasn't Die Hard set around Christmas as well?

As for the choices listed, I'll go with "Scrooged". Bill Murray's great in just about any film! cheesy

I've watched Christmas Vacation so many times I've pretty much got it memorized, I'll watch it again this year though.

For me it has to be Scrooged, I can't count how many times I have seen it. I must admit I also love "A Christmas Story" but I didn't discover this one till the 90's!

Tough choice between Christmas Story and Christmas Vacation but I gave my vote to Christmas Story. I love them both though.

I voted for A Christmas Story. I never get tired of it, and that movie just screams "Christmas" to me. Although Christmas Vacation is super entertaining, it just doesn't top it to me. I love ALL Christmas movies, though. I can't wait to watch them!

I chose "Christmas Story" but I'm really a fan of all of those. One I didn't see listed (and perhaps it's in another thread) is Scrooge the Musical with Albert Finney. It isn't Christmas unless I see that movie.
