Thanksgiving: Lunch or Dinner?

So the big burning question: When do you have your Thanksgiving meal? Lunch or Dinner?
We do lunch with leftovers for dinner.

we had ours at lunch this year because that is when we could all get together. It was great, lots of good food and lots of great visiting!

Typically we eat about 130-200 pm each year. than we have the night to eat all the leftovers.

We always have two separate thanksgiving meals, one at each of our grandmothers house! We eat around 11:30 at my grandmas and about 7:30 at my DHs grandmothers!

I can't wait until Thanksgiving...my favorite day of the year! We go to lunch at my wife's parents and eat about noon or so.

I am getting excited! School is starting, August almost over, Labor Day soon, saw Halloween M & M's (okay I think they were fall but still), the weather has been a little fallish already here....soon it will be my favorite time of year when the holidays seem to run together!!

We host every year...we start with everyone over around 2 or 2:30 with appetizers then we eat around 4 or so. People usually leave around 9.

We host breakfast around 10 AM for family and friends and then we go to my in laws for dinner around 5 PM. I am not the best cook, I can bake really well but not cook, so I do easy breakfast and my father in law is an awesome cook so he and my boys make dinner. It is a great tradition and we look forward to it every year.

I have to get up early to eat breakfast (usually yogurt or something...don't want to fill myself up too much ;-)) and take my meds. Then I'll have a small snack around 10-ish. We eat between 2-3 p.m.

I'm in total agreement with this statement. Hehe!

I have SUCH a craving for turkey, but I shall not give in to it until the Big Day.
