Happy Thanksgiving. I hope that everyone here from the USA has a fabulous holiday.
We had our celebration last month. Thanksgiving Day in Canada has been a holiday on the second Monday of October since 1957. It is a chance for people to give thanks for a good harvest and other fortunes in the past year.
Here in Canada the last big holiday before Christmas is November 11th when we celebrate Remembrance Day and remember all those who have died in war.
So Christmas creep has not invaded our Canadian Thanksgiving but some say it has creeped into Remembrance Day. hmmm
