The Oelwein Chamber of Commerce and Area Development is asking you to mark your calendars for Olde Tyme Christmas on Friday, Dec. 7, from 4-8 p.m., in downtown Oelwein.
OCCAD Coordinator Deb Howard announced the following:
“We have several new events planned this year including live reindeer display, strolling Snowman and Reindeer, Festival of Tables, and Santa phone booth. These events, along with a visit with Santa, Festival of Trees, Craft Marketplace, Chili Cookoff, Carriage Rides, Life Size Candy Land game, Lighted Parade, Strolling Carolers, Marshmallow Roasting, Musical and Dance Performances, Grinch Contest, Chocolate Walk, and more, will provide a wonderful way to welcome the Christmas Season for the whole family. We hope that you will join us for Olde Tyme Christmas and consider participating in one or more of the events. Listed below are some of the ways you can participate.”
