Has anybody ever ordered a pre-cooked turkey for Thanksgiving dinner from Hickory Farms or Honey baked ham company or any place like that online? Me and my wife were thinking about ordering one but we've gotten mixed reviews.

One year I purchased a Prime Rib dinner and it came with all the trimmings...it was ok but not as great as a home cooked meal you have prepared yourself. These pre-made dinners to me are overly priced, and not as good. I personally would cook, make and bake something right from your own kitchen. I know you would enjoy it much more.

Thanks for your input dvdguy,Annette1990, and Billy Battles, I really appreciate it! You've confirmed our decision which is to NOT buy one online and make a good old fashioned turkey dinner at home.

You are very welcome. Yes the pictures always make your mouth water but again home cooked is the best way to go.
