When will everyone be told what the Big Building with No Name is all about?

Dear Francesca,
That’s a really good question. I have that question myself.
You have to understand that Christmas is a season of secrets. Even at the North Pole. Did you know that most of the time when an elf works on a toy or a gift he doesn’t know WHO’s gift he is working on? Santa just tells us to make the toy, he never tells us who it is for.
So Christmas is always full of surprises.
Now, usually, I am know most things that happen at the North Pole. I cannot talk about everything I know but my job as an elf is a little different — it is my job to tell you guys stuff.
But I honestly don’t know the answer to the Big Building. I can see it right outside my window. I tell you everything I see, everything I know about it. But even I don’t know what it is for and why so many elves are in there.
But over the course of the season we’re going to figure it out. I’m fairly certain that by the time Christmas comes around we’ll know.
