It is a timely subject no matter where you live in the world. <\/p>\n<p>In this new video from the LDS Church, which is really a post-Thanksgiving tradition every year, the core message of <a href=\"https:\/\/mymerrychristmas.com\/x\/sneaking-christmas\/\">peace<\/a> and the need of a Savior is explored. This is beautiful and thought provoking:<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" width=\"640\" height=\"360\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/q_TEOyhy7Bg\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>In a world that further separates itself from scripture and religion at <a href=\"https:\/\/mymerrychristmas.com\/x\/celebrating-20-years-of-the-merry-forums\/\">Christmas<\/a> the true meaning of these familiar words is lost on a generation that would have you believe that <a href=\"https:\/\/mymerrychristmas.com\/x\/celebrating-20-years-of-the-merry-forums\/\">Christmas<\/a> can be explained in a song, a video or even found in a store. Of course, it can&#8217;t. <\/p>\n<p>These words were written by Isaiah the Prophet and they come from the Old Testament, more than 500 years before Christ. <\/p>\n<p>Many cannot accept there was <a href=\"https:\/\/mymerrychristmas.com\/x\/celebrating-20-years-of-the-merry-forums\/\">Christmas<\/a> before Christ. Of course, there. It was not only as widely celebrated as it is today it dates back to the very beginning of man&#8217;s known existence. Christ &#8212; which is a title, meaning &#8220;Anointed One&#8221; &#8212; has ties to almost every known religious system of antiquity. <\/p>\n<p>We would be wise to delve deep into the scriptures and learn what it was our ancient ancestors were really celebrating.
