That&#8217;s way it is with Carl Stuck&#8217;s new song, <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/anelfnamedmoe.com\">An Elf Named Moe<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Moe, you see, is one hard working <a href=\"https:\/\/mymerrychristmas.com\/x\/northpole-7\/\">elf<\/a>. Carl bumped into him at the airport one day and Moe told him all about it:<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" width=\"560\" height=\"315\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/ejtW_DYILtk\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>We <a href=\"https:\/\/mymerrychristmas.com\/x\/sneaking-christmas\/\">love<\/a> the idea that <a href=\"https:\/\/mymerrychristmas.com\/x\/celebrating-20-years-of-the-merry-forums\/\">Santa<\/a> does not do it all alone.<\/p>\n<p>In fact, we believe in a world where elves not only carry a big load but they have stories to tell of their own and personalities nearly quite as big as <a href=\"https:\/\/mymerrychristmas.com\/x\/celebrating-20-years-of-the-merry-forums\/\">Santa<\/a> himself.<\/p>\n<p>In this regard, <a href=\"https:\/\/mymerrychristmas.com\/x\/northpole-7\/\">Elf<\/a> Moe won us over in a big hurry.<\/p>\n<p>And so did his song. <em>An <a href=\"https:\/\/mymerrychristmas.com\/x\/northpole-7\/\">Elf<\/a> Named Moe<\/em> is a catchy tune we&#8217;ve tested for the past couple of weeks on kids of all ages. The older &#8220;kids&#8221; say &#8220;play it again&#8221; and the real <a href=\"https:\/\/mymerrychristmas.com\/x\/northpole-7\/\">elf<\/a> believers &#8212; those under age ten &#8212; dance to it in a hurry, with smiles of glee.<\/p>\n<p>Carl Stuck is something of an <a href=\"https:\/\/mymerrychristmas.com\/x\/northpole-7\/\">elf<\/a> himself. He is a singer\/songwriter from Louisville, Kentucky. He meets regularly with a group of songwriter friends who challenge each other to new creative heights with the suggestion of just words or phrases. Upon one meeting the theme was &#8220;December&#8221; and Carl decided to write a <a href=\"https:\/\/mymerrychristmas.com\/x\/celebrating-20-years-of-the-merry-forums\/\">Christmas<\/a> song.<\/p>\n<p>But not wanting to offer another formulaic story about <a href=\"https:\/\/mymerrychristmas.com\/x\/celebrating-20-years-of-the-merry-forums\/\">Santa<\/a> and the known larger characters of <a href=\"https:\/\/mymerrychristmas.com\/x\/celebrating-20-years-of-the-merry-forums\/\">Christmas<\/a> Carl decided to focus on one of the little guys in Santa&#8217;s operation &#8212; an <a href=\"https:\/\/mymerrychristmas.com\/x\/northpole-7\/\">elf<\/a> named Moe.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;I figured the elves must have a vacation sometime and right after <a href=\"https:\/\/mymerrychristmas.com\/x\/celebrating-20-years-of-the-merry-forums\/\">Christmas<\/a> seemed like the logical time frame.
