Good Morning, MMC!!! We are off to a chilly start but it should be a beautiful day with a high of 65. It’s going to be a pretty laid back day after driving 750 miles and checking everything out over the last 2 days. I just need to run to the grocery store and will be waiting to hear how Ella’s surgery went. I hope everyone has a great day!!

Good Morning everyone. Hope that it is a wonderful day for each and all of my fellow Christmas family. Today we have temps in the upper 60's and then back to the mid 80's for the rest of the week. Hopefully the fall temps will make it to TN permanently soon.

And also with pride (coupled with a bit of trepidation) we present the latest update on our Milestone marker situation:
We are now but 10 days short of the NINETY PERCENT HOME STRETCH point to Christmas Season 2018.

Felt like summer was fully back yesterday, with elevated temps and the humidty to match.
Today shows an 80 percent chance of rain with our high staying in the low 80's.
It is currently rather cloudy after a light rain last night, with a thermometer reading of 71 degrees here in the capital city.

Merry Thursday!
It’s going to be mostly sunny with highs near 70 degrees. I took Rocky for a walk earlier and locked myself out of the house lol. Thankfully I had my cell phone on me and my husband was able to come home to let me in. I just caught him, he was getting ready to drive in to the city to be on a job site. Hopefully the rest of the day will be uneventful. Just a typical day of errands and chores for me. I took chicken out for dinner, I’m trying to decide what to do with it. I might throw together a chicken pot pie if I have all of the ingredients. I hope everyone is well and has a nice day!!!

Adrian is liking his new job, and staying busy with his second job, as well. He’s adjusting to balancing his time.
I try to remind him to take time for himself and do something he enjoys each weekend, so he doesn’t burn out.
Harlowe is good, she got groomed yesterday & they cut her hair short again, even though it’s chilly. Poor little one was shivering last night. So I put her new coat on for the first time. She doesn’t like them, but I’m sure her walk was much more comfortable She looked adorable, by the way!

Morning MMC. Well I went out to dinner last night and chipped a front tooth so now I gotta go to the dentist today. Oops. Other than that, just hard to believe September is going so fast now. One of my favorite words is "October" as a big fan of Halloween and it's just hard to believe it's coming Monday. Have a good day before Friday comes!

Hope your tooth is an easy fix!
I am DREADING Oct. 1st at this point....2 businesses I'm working at, both at month/quarter end! Calgon....

I hope Ella is ok, what is the surfery for? Sending positive thoughts her and your way.

She got into something apperantly and now has a blockage. The vet gave her some meds yesterday to try to get her to pass it but she couldn't.

[Holiday]

We finally get to go to Duffields for Carolinas school trip today. We will go on a hayride to the pumpkin patch and pick pumpkins. The classes will each get a bible lesson from their bible teacher in the learning barn. While they are with their bible teacher the parents will be able to go inside the farm stand and shop if they would like.
The high today should be 69 which is perfect for a hayride. It is supposed to rain tonight into tomorrow. I hope everyone has a great day

Very much so!!!

We didn’t. We weren’t hungry when we were walking around town. Then when we went and checked into the hotel over in Bridgeport, Mom was starving and just wanted to walk next door to Cracker Barrel instead of going back.

Thanks!! Amishville was fun!! It was the last day for the outdoor flea market in shipshewana, so we got some good deals. And the food, I thought I was going to explode. Lol!!

Next time you'll have to go to Zenders! YUM!!! I almost always have their chicken seasoning in stock in my cupboard!

Glad to hear you had a great time at Shipshewana too!! So fun!
