Good morning ~
Merry Halloween Eve!
It’s going to be sunny today with a high of 54 degrees. The weather looks good for the trick or treaters tomorrow, it will be dry tomorrow afternoon/evening with temperatures in the upper 50’s. Not too much going on here today, I have to make a Target run and stop at the post office for stamps. Other than that I will be working on my daily chores. Dinner will be tacos and I’m going to make bean & cheese enchiladas as well, my daughter has been asking me to make them. That’s about it for me. I hope everyone is well and has a nice day!!!
xx

Good Morning, Halloween Holiday Haunters.
And it's just plain haunting how close our first holiday is......like.....tomorrow!

Today's frightening figures:
Days to Halloween: 1 (Yep. TOMORROW, alright!!)
Days to the Season: 14 (TWO WEEKS from TODAY!!)
Days to Christmas Day: 56 (Eight weeks from today!)

Yes, the holiday spirit is definintely in the air. Just take a look at the Blossoms thread and what has been posted. Lots of Christmas merchandise out and Crabtree Valley's decorations are going up fast!

Coolish here yesterday but really not bad at all for late October.
Today should be clear with highs in the mid 60's, then low to mid 70's tomorrow and Thursday.
Our present reading is 41 chilly degrees here in the capital city.

Have a Terrific Tuesday, Folks!

Hello all! greetings from England! Don't really get Halloween, seems a bit foreign and forced on us.
The day I can relate to at this time of the year is November 5th...Guy Fawkes Night.
Then I hope you have a great Guy Fawkes Night!

Good to see you!

Good Tuesday morning, Christmas friends!

Tonight is the Dinner Theater at school with Elizabeth's play. It sold out, so they're planning another performance as a Dessert Theater next week. I'm looking forward to this!

It was 44°F this morning! Of course, it's supposed to get up to 85° tomorrow. LOL So much for a chilly Halloween.

I hope y'all have a great day! :D

Thanks Crown! Happy Halloween Eve!

Today was just a day of work and then Carolina having a friend over. Tomorrow will be more work and laundry. Right now I am watching Christmas movies on Hallmark. Mike and I are making plans to go see his grandparents for the weekend as long as he has no overtime. I hope everyone has and great night

Enjoy your trip!

Enjoy the theater! I know Elizabeth will do a great job and you’ll be so proud.

Good morning, MMC! Today is my day off, so I’m hoping to get a good nap in. I have my niece today, but DH is home until 4 and then heads to work, so he should be able to help some. DD has baton again tonight, but other than that, I plan on resting, spending some time with the kids, and watching Hallmark. I hope you all have a great day!

Happy Tuesday!! One day before Halloween! Tonight I am taking my daughter and her 2 friends to a Haunted House. They have been dying to go to it. Typical work day for me. I am making baked mac and cheese for dinner.

When we decorate for Fall, it's just Fall decorations; pumpkins, scarecrows, hay bales, etc. We don't typically do the scary Halloween stuff, even though I enjoy seeing them. It's just Nancy's preference.

Anyway, when I passed by the front of the house this morning on the way to work, I saw that someone had carved our two pumpkins during the night! I have a good idea who did it, too. They're actually pretty good LOL.

Now I have to get a couple more to last until Thanksgiving.

Good morning MMC!! I keep thinking it's Monday, but thankfully....IT'S NOT!!!

I enjoyed my day off yesterday - hung out at the lake all day. Unfortunately Mom is not doing real well, so I spent some time there last night to help out. It's so hard to see her so weak!

I am totally enjoying the Hallmark Christmas movies! I don't want to go to job #2 today b/c I can't watch Hallmark there - or visit here. LOL!!! I guess I'll get through it! ;)

As long as the weather holds out, my brother/SIL are supposed to fly in from Cape Cod this afternoon. Will be nice to see them!

Everyone, have a wonderful Tuesday!

Merry Friday, Holiday!
Have fun at the annual Ladies Night/Open House!
xx
Hey there Meceka! Merry Tuesday! We did have a great time at ladies night. It didn't seem to be as big as normal, as far as the area where they have Christmas in the store, but it was great & I spent plenty....so they must have had some fun things. Ha ha!! I bought some beautiful lanterns. One for me, 2 for gifts! :) This picture really warmed my heart. They posted it the night before the open house with a caption "One more sleep!!! Copper is worn out from all the decorating and ready to show you the 2018 Christmas Shoppe! Hope to see everybody tomorrow night from 6-8:30!"

I have this image of a mystery pumpkin-carver going around carving random pumpkins on people's porch in the night and it just makes me smile.

Nothing more fun than decorating for Christmas. That Cooper is just the cutest thing lying there next to the tree! Those big floppy ears always get me.

I'm very sorry to hear that your mom isn't in top form right now. Sending positive thoughts and strength her way.

Sorry to hear of your Moms struggles. Prayers for her and the family.

I've often wondered, at this time of year, whether Halloween overtook the U.K. or whether you still celebrate Guy Fawkes Night. I've heard about "a penny for the guy" ... is that still done?
