Good Week Before Christmas! Wasn't it just the week before Thanksgiving? And yet here we are rolling towards Christmas. We stand today at 346 days till OUR big day in this thread Thanksgiving. Destination: Thanksgiving 2019 may still seem very far away but you see how fast time goes and know all too well that we better keep an eye on our countdown all year long because it will creep up on us quickly just like Christmas has this year. How do you start the week before Christmas off? Maybe take a bit of a turkey sandwich like CW did yesterday. It may not taste quite like Thanksgiving but if you close your eyes and concentrate you may almost smell those turkey smells. And while you do that have a great start to the week before Christmas!

Good 1 Week till Christmas! We're heading closer to Santa and also closer to another thing that is much farther off. That would be Thanksgiving 2019 on the 28th of November. You can see from our daily count that now we're halfway between 350 and 340 at 345 days to be exact. All the fun you're having now during the Christmas Season was brought to you by our day here known as Thanksgiving. Just realized we've knocked off a nice 25 day chunk off our original 370 day count. Not bad huh? I have seen a lot of big turkeys in the stores still. Extra big just like they have for Thanksgiving. Have a great day today as we are a week away from Christmas!

Unfortunately I am the owner of a XL ham for Christmas dinner 
. I just run across these little potato buns that resemble Brown n Serves or ( Brown and Burn) that I plan on trying out. The local bread manufacturer makes them, I kinda picture turkey sandwich sliders using them.

Good Under A Week till Christmas Morning to you! A week from today it will be all over. That doesn't seem fair does it? But it won't be over because we will still be counting down to Thanksgiving here in this thread! Isn't it amazing how when Thanksgiving ends it's a little sad but all the Christmas excitement prevents any cause for depression? That's just another great thing about Thanksgiving that is has over almost any other holiday including Christmas. Our count today drops to 344 days so we're rolling along steadily here in this month of December. For now, I wish all of my fellow Thanksgiving Fanatics to enjoy their Mid-Week and the last Wednesday before Christmas!

Good THURSDAY Morning. Oh you know what that means here in the Thanksgiving 2019 Thread. It means we have a DOUBLE count. First of all, our normal daily count is at 343 days. But our other count that we do only on Thursdays is now down from 53 weeks to 49! Yes, we have broken the 50s barrier and the weeks are in the 40s now. I think the 40s will be the biggest weeks to go through as it will carry us through the bulk of winter. Not bad. Hard to believe that Thanksgiving was 4 weeks ago today huh? Remember those special feelings you had? Keep those in your Thanksgiving Heart all year here. And have a great Thursday as we get closer and closer to Christmas!

I am back! Had a few busy days here with cookie making, last minute gift pickups and assorted forgotten items. Why does this not happen for Thanksgiving? Its 1, 2 , 3 eat and fall asleep and eat again. I did manage to score some stuffing to make with the ham for Christmas.
Welcome back CW! One of the beauties of Thanksgiving is the simplicity of it. It's all about cooking maybe the best meal of the year, inside, staying warm, watching the parade and enjoying the feeling of the Christmas Season beginning. It's why I Love Thanksgiving. The hectic time that we have for Christmas is very different from it. But that's why they are both special in their own way.

Let's talk about how many days we are till Thanksgiving 2019! We now are at 341 days right now here on this special Saturday. And you can see our count continues to slowly drop day by day. Funny how that happens isn't it? The count never increases. It always decreases. We always get closer to turkey, stuffing and biscuits. Oh my! But I do hope you all have fun today with your final preps for that other big holiday coming and keep those turkey moments you had this November alive in your heart all year long!

Good Christmas Eve Eve! We're down to 2 days till Christmas! 1 day to go till the Dynamic Duo. And in this thread we luckily have plenty of time to go before Thanksgiving comes. Our count though has suddenly dropped to 340 days! Look at that. We started at a robust 370 and now have knocked off a solid 30 days in the count (or basically 1 full month already)! That's amazing. So fast. And I think we also should look at the 28th as a marker each month since Thanksgiving will be on the 28th of November 2019. For now, everyone have a great Christmas Eve Eve as we approach the holiday that THANKSGIVING DAY brought us on the doorstep of!
