DAYS TILL THANKSGIVING: 302
DAYS TILL NOVEMBER: 275
DAYS TILL THE BERS: 214

Happy January Finale! Today folks we have 302 days remaining until Thanksgiving, 275 days to go until November, and 214 days left until The Bers. Our next milestone(s) will be the next 2 days folks. First we’ll have our Arrival of February which happens tomorrow on Thursday. And then we’ll have our 300-Day Marker till Thanksgiving which happens the following day on Friday. But we move along in our Winter Wonderland and the full month of January ends today with our Weekly Wednesday Poll!

What time do you start cooking on Thanksgiving Day?

  • First thing when I wake up in the morning
  • Mid-Late morning
  • Noon
  • Afternoon
  • Well I’m going with A because we put the turkey in the oven like at 7AM when I wake up. We prep it and put it in and let it’s cook for 5 hours so it takes time. But I know some of you may consider your cooking not to begin until later in the day. Let me know. And have a great day turkey friends. Have a great January Finale!

Good Morning! Holly puts the turkey in the oven very early in the morning, usually between 6 or 7 am! When I get home from the 3 mile run / Turkey Trot, I'm starving and drooling at the aroma going through the house!!

Have a wonderful day!

Unless I have a pie or pastry that needs to be baked, I am a B, but since having Wednesday off I usually have my baking done already.

It's a B for us. Since it's just three of us, we get a small bird and it doesn't take long to roast.

OMG, I just had the best daydream about eating a Thanksgiving meal. I could almost taste it. **sigh**

DAYS TILL THANKSGIVING: 301
DAYS TILL NOVEMBER: 274
DAYS TILL THE BERS: 213

Happy Welcome To February! Today folks we have 301 days remaining until Thanksgiving, 274 days left until November, and 213 days to go until The Bers. It’s Milestone Day folks as we welcome in the month of February! And our next milestone is tomorrow already. It will be the 300-Day Marker till Thanksgiving. Friends we move along into another full month of our Winter Wonderland with our Thanksgiving Thought Thursday feature below for you!

I sit here in the middle of winter thinking has it been 2 months already since Thanksgiving? And yet it feels so much longer in some ways. And I think about how we’re still holding on to football here but barely as the Superbowl approaches. And I wonder is Thanksgiving as far away as we think? Or even farther? Time is something hard to measure sometimes and when it comes to a holiday you love it feels even harder!

You can probably tell I’m fascinated with time. I always have been but now I really am and always try my best to get the most out of each day that you can. It’s a great thing to enjoy today. Turkey friends enjoy your start to February. No turkey this month. I think we’re holding off. Have a great Welcome To February!

We are surely in the last days of Football feelings for a while. And February is usually when PCB's / PFHB's can hit if I'm not careful and dwell too long on thinking / reminiscing about the holidays. One good thing about February is that even though it is only a few days shorter than the "normal" months, it generally feels like it moves by at a good clip.

I'm glad you mention time. Isn't time funny and fascinating at the same time? When we are working sometimes, time might fly by or drag. And on the weekend, time feels like it's been greased. Sort of like when we get a count under 200 days to something. Thanksgiving does feel far away even though it has only been two months.

Have a great Thursday!
