I know this is sort of cheating for picture day, and this is technically a screenshot, not a picture, but the Broadway performances have been announced for this year’s Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade:

And the list of celebrities shamelessly promoting their new albums parade performers as well:

DAYS TILL THANKSGIVING: 22

Happy November Mid-Week! Today folks we move along and see that we have 22 days remaining until Thanksgiving. Our next milestone (and final one) will be when we reach the Home Stretch till Thanksgiving which will be in a dozen days from now. We move along in our Awesome Autumn with our Weekly Wednesday Poll below!

What’s your favorite Non-Thanksgiving Day in November?

  • Election Day
  • Veteran’s Day
  • November 1
  • Black Friday
  • Out of those 4 choices I’m going to choose C. I do love when November hits even though I’m a Halloween Fanatic. It’s a special calendar turn. Turkey friends I hope your week is going well so far and that it continues here today in the middle of the week. The best to you today. Have a great November Mid-Week!

@ is coming stole my choice. I love the time to stop and appreciate what our veterans have done for us. When the kids were little both Dave and I had Veteran's Day off and the kids had school so we had a tradition of using the day to get the Christmas shopping done and I love that too. But now days, I focus on the sacrifice part.

DAYS TILL THANKSGIVING: 21

Happy Week Into November! Today folks we move along and see that we have 21 days remaining until Thanksgiving. Our next milestone is in 11 days when we reach the Home Stretch till November. It will be awesome. We move along in our Awesome Autumn with our Thanksgiving Thought Thursday below!

With it being 3 weeks until the big day it really is starting to hit me where we are. My mind is still holding on to Halloween and my heart is pulling me towards Christmas. But my taste buds and tummy are pulling me towards Thanksgiving.

I think that sums up how I’m feeling right now. This time of year is so much fun to have the transition and yet overlap of all 3 big holidays. Kind of the Sweet Spot of November if you ask me (sorry September). Turkey friends I hope you have a great day as we move along day closer to the big gobbling day. Turkey friends the best to you as we move along, and I want to thank you all for your continued support and contributions through this year and through this thread. Gobble Gobble. And the best to you as you journey through another day here in the wonderful month of November. Have a great Week Into November!

Happy Thursday, folks! I've been absent from the threads for the most part the past few days, and now I'm trying to get back into the swing of things! I hear you, Edge on hanging on to Halloween. The first couple of days after Halloween I felt that way, especially as I was taking down things outside and switching them over to Christmas. But now that "the switch" is complete, My heart is grabbing on to Christmas again like it always does. There's magic in the air now. And the Special Post series is just right around the corner.

Have a great day!

This weekend I am going to make me next two grocery lists and hope to even plan when I hope to get what! Three weeks and we will be there!!!

DAYS TILL THANKSGIVING: 20

Happy November TGIF! Today folks we move along and see that we have 20 days remaining until Thanksgiving. That’s big. We are at a round number with our next milestone being in 10 days when we reach the Home Stretch till Thanksgiving. We move along in our Awesome Autumn feeling good and enjoying our week here. And we enjoy our Fun Fact Friday below!

Most Americans secretly dislike classic Thanksgiving dishes but eat them anyway.

A whopping 68 percent of Americans dislike Thanksgiving dishes like canned cranberry sauce, pumpkin pie, and even turkey itself, according to a 2019 Instacart survey of more than 2,000 U.S. adults conducted online by the Harris Poll—but they'll still eat them in honor of tradition. Times are changing, however: Thirty percent of Thanksgiving dinner hosts have served something other than turkey as their main course (pork is the second most popular option).

They didn’t poll us did they? I mean I’m not a fan of mashed potatoes and not big into stuffing but the rest I love. What do you think of today’s fact? Is it phony or legit? And do you have a dish you dislike at Thanksgiving but still have it anyway? Have a great November TGIF!
