It’s time to don your Halloween costume, gorge on candy, and, of course, SCREAM! SiriusXM’s destination for chills and thrills returns as SCREAM Radio fills the airwaves with a spooky soundtrack for Halloween.

SiriusXM listeners can find SCREAM Radio on satellite channel 300 and stream it on the SiriusXM app from October 22 through November 4, 2026.

Auburn radio station to broadcast Halloween programming​


WDWN, Cayuga Community College’s award-winning student-run radio station, will present three days of special Halloween programming in celebration of the station’s 55th birthday on that day.

The station will play themed music, ambience, sound effects and horror stories from noon Friday, Oct. 30, through 6 a.m. Sunday, Nov. 1. The station is available at 89.1 FM, wdwn.fm and mobile apps.

WDWN will also broadcast the 1938 radio drama “The War of the Worlds” at 8 p.m. Friday, Oct. 30, to commemorate its original broadcast 88 years ago that night. Directed and narrated by Orson Welles, the program is infamous for inciting a panic by convincing some listeners that an alien invasion was actually taking place.
