Good morning friends! Dreary day here. It's cold and wet and not what I wanted to see on my last day of spring break, but that's just how it is. I'll just stay inside and do some work and extra washing so the wife won't have to do it when she gets home. Between the NCAA basketball games and the race, there will be plenty on tv.

hey gang, hope you're all having a nice sunday.

i've got lots of cleaning to catch up on :-? never mind, a nice cup of coffee will get me through....

started to make plans for the summer now. i want to take isobel to the zoo, the aquarium and to the park for picnics with my cousin, friend and their kids. i'm also having isobel christened in august so need to make plans for that.

she's 6 months old now.... she's a little delight and i just adore her, it's hard to think i struggled being a mummy in the beginning... it's really natural to me now. this christmas should be fun, she'll be 15 months old, i can't wait! cheesy

Hi, my dear friends))) Just returned from a concert...it was something incredible! Especially the slam and crowd surfing...the last one I didn't try but I'll definitely do it//anyway, it's so funny to look at others...The most exciting moment is a High Jump! Well, got enough energy to complete my research work))

That's awesome your niece got a prize egg. My d/d tries every year but it hasn't happened yet. Maybe she will get it this year. Would be nice since it's her last year doing it at our local park. How was the car show Made? I used to go to car shows all the time in Laughlin, NV. And at the Riverside Resort they have two car museums. Loved to walk around and check them all out. They have alot of classic cars!

I hope your daughter gets it this year. The car show was great. I saw alot of old friends there and some beautiful cars. There was a 55 chevy pickup that I would love to have. The leader of my scout troop when I was younger was also there with his 1941 chevy panel truck that was beautiful. The museums at the riverside are great. My great aunt and uncle who live in phoenix go to laughlin at least once a month and stay there. The last time we went out to visit they took us there for a couple of days and I loved seeing all of the cars and it kept me out of the casino for awhile.

watching Lord Of Ring - The Return of the King right now...oh how I love Tolkien<s works....will soon order the Silmarillon....which is what people call the "bible" of middle earth.....should be an interessting read for people like me who want to know everything about it

Good morning everyone.....I have had such a busy week between work, softball practice and co-hosting a babyshower for my sister in law yesterday that I am glas last week is over. The baby shower turned out great! On Friday my brother in laws girlfirend and I spent the afternoon shopping and we scored some major deals. Picked up several more christmas gifts for the kids and for one of the neices and she was able to pick up several tosy for Christmas for their daughter too. Toys were on clearanced and then marked down and additional 50%. Was able to pick up toys that they want and was able to save a ton of money too. Also picked up a few gifts for their Easter baskets.

Glad to hear that you found some great deals!!!!! The stores here haven't had as much clearance as they normally do and no toys really at all.:-?

It has been a rainy day here. My sister came in this morning with my niece's to visit with mom and just left. My youngest niece was cranky today so it was a long morning. I don't have much planned for the rest of the day besides making some brownies. I hope everyone has a GREAT DAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I don't follow basketball that much but I will be rooting for the hometown boys this year. So Go BUTLER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!cheesy It should be a pretty exciting week around here with Indy hosting the final four and butler being in it.

Checking in...I just got back from our place. I had to stop in to decide where I want the kitchen cabinets and all that fun stuff. This morning we went to the hot springs. I wanted to do yard work but the wind here is blowin' like crazy, so I didn't get it done as planned. I did manage to catch an episode of Bewitched. It was the one where she turns Darrin into a monkey and when she finds out and tells him she's pregnant. I soooo loved that show. Hope you all had a good weekend. Mine wasn't to bad at all. I use to love watching Bewitched. My favorite Darren was the original one, which I am assuming was the one in the episode you watched since she announced she is pregnant?

We were BUSY at work today. Everyone was buying up chicks, ducks and bunnies for Easter.

Well...in bout 10 minutes I will head to bed and Spring Break 2010 will officially be over. It was one for the books. This was the first one since 1989 that I didn't play or coach in a baseball game. Wow!! Worked, slept, drink way too much coffee...and now it time to go back to work. That's fine with me....I like work. But there is a small part of me that wishes something would happen so that it would be called off tomorrow...I'd even take some snow (lol)!
