Good one! :lol:I played a game once where I think it was gophers popped up and they had to be wacked with a mallet. Not that anyone would wack you for popping up here, actually we are glad to see you back again! cheesy (your comment just reminded me of that game!)
I hope she heals quickly!Well I just talked to my great uncle and they said that the lining of my great aunts stomach is inflamed. It could be because of stress but most likely because she is taking 5 pain pills a day when she should only be taking 2 at the most. So hopefully this teaches her a lesson but I doubt it does.
Don't try it Brad! I once tried holding my breath until fall and I passed out. :wink:The weather man says it'll be 90° by Sunday. I guess summer is coming early. I think I'll hold my breath until the fall. That'll work, right?

Good morning, everyone!
It was a cool and crisp morning here in Ottawa. The temperature was about 5C with clear skies and a bit of a breeze as I walked to the bus to go to work. As I peer through the skylight windows, there does not appear to be a cloud in the sky. I'm excited for the weekend.
The drive to New Jersey should be about just over seven hours. Here's hoping for a fun drive. Most of all, I'm excited to get on the field and play. The hamstring is feeling better and I'm keeping it very loose to ensure that I can play. I'm even stretching at heating it at work!
Glad to hear that your grandson is back home, Christmas-A-Holic. Hopefully the kids won't be that much of a handful for you today... At least they'll keep you a little busy though! Well, I think I am off. I may appear for a moment tomorrow but no guarantees... After all, aside from traveling, it's also my birthday!
Have a great Thursday, everyone!

My grandson was in the hospital all night with a severe asthma attack and did not come home until 7:00 am. He is doing fine now but cannot sleep from all the asthma medication and steroids they gave him. Mama on the other hand is exhausted but has the 3 kids to take care of. I was going to have the day off from watching them all but looks like they will be coming over so she can sleep. Their dad is at work right now. I don't mind helping out, that's what grandmas do. cheesy
My daughter had her interview at the college yesterday and felt good about it. I hope she gets the job. My son just enrolled at that college in computer technology and starts in July. I think it would be great if she teaches there while my son attends college there. Of course she will be teaching in the medical field but they can at least ride together back and forth.

Hi all, crazy morning! My 2 yr old slipped in the tub and split his chin.. first big "boo boo!"So scary. Took him to the doc and he said he could use a stitch but it wasn't 100% necessary so he thought we could skip it.. my poor guy. He was so brave and didn't cry for too too long. I think I was more scared than him! Glad that is behind us... now on to an afternoon of relaxing and snuggling..
