Darn! Nancy says I have to take her to Lowe's, so I can't watch Christmas in July all afternoon. And Hobby Lobby is closed on Sunday, which is commendable, but I can't ever peruse the Christmas aisles there. :-?

Oh, well. I'll find some Christmas somewhere. I always do! cheesy

Join us late night tonight as we again MAX out the credit cards on QVC...

YABBA!

You can all join in the chat as you're waiting!! Scheduled Christmas in July chat due to start at 8pm EST. The first has just finished

Just in case some of you are all ready debating whether to get a real tree this Christmas or an artificial one, I thought I would post this video to help you out....

HAHAHAHAHA! That was TOTALLY funny!!! Thanks for posting that. I'm with Christmas-a-holic...my favorite part was they guy running through the Christmas trees!!!

Disregard what I asked. I logged out and back in and it cleared but I never had to do that before. I have it saved to keep me logged in at all times (remember me option) and it always cleared the old post when I come on here the next day. My husband has his set on that too and never had a problem.

Mine has been doing the same thing. I'll try logging out too.

Just think guys....5 months from right now I will be at my parents house opening presents, eating breakfast, and preparing for the family Christmas meal. Wow, what a treat it's going to be. I can't wait.

ISN'T IT EXCITING!!! I CANNOT WAIT!!! But...I just LOVE the feeling leading up to Christmas Day too!!!

I'm Home!!!!!!!!!!! It has been a long day. The race was okay but kinda boring in the middle part. I just kept thinking to myself the whole time they were running around single file that I could be at home watching QVC. Well I need to get a shower and then some dinner. I will be back later.

Hope you enjoyed it, Made. I watched bits and pieces of it. I was glad to see Jamie Mac win. He's a good guy!

Man, I wish tomorrow wasn't Monday. But the good news is....I'm one week away from beginning Christmas prep! Already got some stuff picked out, but I can't let myself by it until August 1. One more week, ONE MORE WEEK!

See yall in a bit.

hey gang!

been having trouble logging on all day, but the lovely meceka told me to try firefox and it's worked! i seem to be able to log in.....

hope everybody has a wonderful week.. cheesy

You know when you are addicted to Christmas when QVC's Christmas in July is on your mind while you're at the races! :wiggy:
I have been thinking about it too but I was at work. cheesy

Goodnight Coach!!!!!!!

Well it was a long day at the track. We got there early and roamed around the souvenir haulers and the infield. It was overcast this morning which kept the temperature down so it was really kind of nice out. We headed to our seats about 2 hours before the race started so we could see all of the teams getting everything ready on pit road. I was happy because we were really close to Dale Jr's pit stall. The start of the race was great. I love to feel the ground shake as all 43 cars start to accelerate and take off. The first 20 laps of the race were filled with action but after the competion caution everything started to drag out. Our track has never been good for hard racing and this race stuck to that theme. It got really strung out in the middle of the race and besides listening to Junior on the scanner there really wasn't much excitement. The race started to get interesting at the end but then Junior wrecked and I was disappointed again. I was happy to see Jamie McMurray win even though I really don't care for chip ganassi. It was really not that bad of a day. The weather was okay and not nearly as hot as it had been the last couple of days. There was also a breeze that lasted most of the day so that helped a lot. The traffic wasn't that bad this morning but it took us about 45 minutes to get the 3 miles to the interstate after the race. All in all it was a fun day.

On my way home from my cousins house tonight i saw a house that had the kringle ball wreath and garland that QVC is showing right now on the front porch and lit up.

Coach- Juniors car was fairly decent at the start of the race when the track was clouded over but when the sun came out they lost the car. They finally got it back right there at the end but then he got in the wreck with Montoya. I was glad to see them actually get the adjustments right and the car get better as he went along. The pit crew needs to get better though. He lost positions on every pit stop.
