so are you hoping for 300 by midnight tonight or 300 by months end?
making roses for nieces wedding cake
working on design for a cake modeled to look like my brothers rig (black Western Star with a sleeper) for his grandsons birthday party this Saturday.
also have to make petite fours (75 of them) for a CD release party this Sunday
have to walk over to my friends house yet too and make sure her cats are ok and fed (they are really cute!)
cheesy but first have to finish cooking perogies for dinner!

Made, Saddler's wreck was a shockingly hard hit. Just shows what they have done in terms of safety. The engine....THE ENGINE...was out of the car. I honestly thought he was in trouble when I saw it.

Well, I'm out of town at a meeting for the next couple of days. The hotel I'm in has wireless, but for some reason it takes my posts like two or three minutes to load...I dunno what that's about.

Good Monday Morning, Christmas friends!
Well...the coffee-house show that Terry put on yesterday afternoon was super! At one point there were a lot of people there! It was all done outside and there was a nice breeze blowing - so it didn't feel too hot.
But...all that fresh air sure made me sleepy last night. I was pretty near falling asleep by 8:30pm! I made it until 9:30pm and that was it for me. I actually got almost 8 hours sleep last night - and that is unheard of for me! I normally get around 6.
Well...it is a holiday for most of us in Canada today! I love the feeling on Monday morning knowing I do not have to go to work. I'm one of the lucky ones as I will get paid for the day. Some will not.
My boys' birthdays are this week (Aug 4 and 6)! They will be 27 an 26. WOW! Its hard to imagine! My eldest called me yesterday and I just about fell over! The boys are not big "phone talkers" - but then again...I'm not either. So - they get it honestly.
Oh...and my Mom and Dad's anniversary is on the 7th...married 45 years! I've got SUPER GREAT parents!!!

I didn't have to end up taking my computer in to be fixed. My husband figured out what was wrong. Very minor fix. I am so happy!
I am waiting on my grandkids to get here so we can take an early morning walk before it gets over 100 today. It will be that hot all week. :-?
