Good Morning again, Christmas Friends.

The week moves on -- and so does our count:
Days to the Season: 88
Days to Christmas Day: 130
OK. Our next milestone.
Are you ready? (It's only one week from tomorrow.)
The 2/3 mark to Christmas Day!!
Wow! Three Milestones in one month!

Calm, sunny and 78 degrees here in Raleigh at this hour.
About an even chance of rain over the next few days.
The grass (and mosquitoes!) are growing fast in all this dampness.

Well, I hope everyone has a Terrific Tuesday.
We will reach the peak-of-the-week tomorrow, and the prediction is clear skies for taking in that view to the weekend from the Shispering Pines' rooftop deck!

Nice temperature, no humidity feels great! Actually had to grab a blanket last night.
!cheesy

About all I did with blankets last night was throw them off me, still way too hot here.
Christmasstar, was quoting you and see my husband basically said what I was about to say. We have our ac going full blast and the heaviest cover on me is a sheet! It's just too hot here! I guess I should stop complaining about the heat. God has blessed me with shelter to keep me comfortable! cheesy

Good Morning Everyone!!

How can I apply the Merry theme? I see everyone talking about it, and I think I will like it too. Well my little girl is sick today. She has a temp of 102!!! So I am home with her for the day. I am not complaining. She will sleep most of the day and I can do some online planning and browsing for Christmas. Well of course I will spend most of my time here since there are so many links and so much to read. Have a GREAT DAY EVERYONE!!!!
I see Coach answered your question. I am glad you like the Merry theme! I hope your little one gets better real soon!

I just did the Merry theme, too! It's cool. Change is good. Gonna leave it like this for a bit.

Today was great. There is nothing like a good hard day of work. Makes you feel good at the end of the day. It also helps you sleep better, which is what I am about to do. G'night friends. See you tomorrow!

I Like the Merry Theme Too Ballcoach !! But I am probably gonna switch back and forth a bit !!

cheesy

Dylan's Birthday turned out great. I will try to post a few pics. He loooved his cake...my 80 year old Grandma has never seen a Boy dig into it and eat it like he did haha..he has his Mommy's sweet tooth! The weather was beautiful also..about 80 degrees!

Great to hear that Dylan loved his birthday. Every kid should love cake! Well, not just kid, I guess... Everyone should love cake!!

Binger, I'm on my third cup of breakfast blend this morning. It's 90° outside, but it's only 70° inside here at work, so I'm pretending it's fall!

Good Tuesday morning, my Christmas friends!

Not much going on here today, just work, work and more work. Of course, that's better than the alternative. Thank you, Lord, for my job!

I hope you all have a great day! cheesy

Good morning, everyone!

A bit of sun and wind in Ottawa today. No humidity. Hooray! I am exhausted. I do not know what it is but I am ridiculously tired this morning. I have been for the past two or three days. I am attributing it to dehydration. Let's see what happens when I drink four litres of water before 2 pm. Hopefully it will wake me up!

Only one week left until our next milestone? I like the sound of that. Coincidentally, it is also on the eve of four months until Christmas! Incredible! I really do not have a whole lot to talk about this morning... One week until our next milestone and two weeks until I depart for Teachers College at Nip*issing. Hard to believe that summer is coming to a close. Two more weekends left here in Ottawa. Then, on Labour Day weekend, Kim and two of her friends are picking me up at my university and we are heading to the Sault for a relaxing long weekend at my cottage. Everyone is excited! Hopefully the water will be reasonably warm - in September, I will take anything over 60F!

I hope everyone has a great Tuesday!

It got down into the middle 50's here last night and I woke up cold at 3am and had to get a blanket. Unfortuantely the cooler temps aren't sticking around long. We are supposed to get back up into the high 80's again today and tomorrow and then it is back into the middle 90's.:-?

I hope the water helps!!!!!! If not I am sure that Binger would have a few suggestions for something that would wake you up.

55 more days in Canada!!

Well it has been a long morning already. I got up at 6am and headed out to work. I just did all the accounts right around town today. I got back home around 9. It is a beautiful morning outside. The temps were in the 60's and made me think that maybe fall was starting to arrive. Then I heard the weather forecast and realized that summer was coming back this afternoon and from the looks of the extended forecast it is going to stick around at least for a couple more weeks. I don't have much planned for the rest of the day. I will probably start looking online for some gift ideas for my mom and aunt. I hope everyone has a GREAT DAY!!!!!!!!!!!!

I use you as my meteorologist (your weather always hits us a day or 2 later) so I am waiting for the middle 50's... please send that here!! :)

I know what you mean about being tired. The heat has just about killed me and I have been exhausted! I hope you get to feeling better and have a nice trip at the cottage!

Very sad day for my parents. Their cat Dudley, 17 years old, is at the vet right now and we are waiting for a phone call with blood results. He is in very bad shape and I doubt he will pull through. My mother could not handle going to the vet, she is a mess right now, so I went with my dad. They just adore him. I feel really bad for my parents.

I will say an extra prayer for all of them.
