Good Monday morning (almost afternoon), my Chirstmas friends!

It's been busy here at work, and I haven't had a chance to catch up on the reading. I hope everyone's having a great day!

Well, I have to run. Need to take my father to a (routine) doctor's office visit this morning.

I hope everything is ok during his routine visit! cheesy

My son asked me last night if he could watch that. LOL! Unfortunatly we didn't have time so maybe this weekend we'll get to watch it.

We ended up watching it twice and sure we will watch it a lot more up until Halloween. That is my favorite Halloween cartoon. My favorite Christmas one is A Charlie Brown Christmas. cheesy

I went to Michaels and Hobby Lobby today. Wow they have some really nice Fall and Christmas stuff!

I had to laugh but the other day my boss said (with a shocked look), "I went to Albertsons and they already had Halloween stuff out and it's only August"! I looked at him and laughed. I told him I love it! The earlier the better for me! Any of it, Halloween, Thanksgiving and Christmas. He thought I was nuts and started laughing. I think he forgot how much I love all the Fall/Winter Holidays. cheesy

Ahhh, Christmas in August has put me in such a great mood today, even though I'm 2 days overdue! I just got home from the doctor (and my THIRD grocery shopping trip this week because I am nutty!!) and I'll likely be induced if the baby doesn't come by Friday... not ideal but looking forward to meeting my little one!!

Hey Judesmama I was not induced with my 1st but was with my 2nd and it was a breeze..it went by so well and very fast. I was so scared/nervous and afterwards wish I could have done it the first time. Best of luck!

Kandice is asleep now....unfortunately....one week after arriving in the city again....she seems to have caught a cough again...I hope it doesn´t get stuck again and turns into a bronchitis

I hope she is feeling better soon!

It is wonderful here to!!!! It was only 56 degrees this morning when I got up and it has only warmed up to 76. It really kind of feels like fall outside. Unfortunately it is going to be back up into the 90's this weekend and next week. :-?

We have been the same here. Well its been in the low 60's at night and early morning and is about 81 today but suppose to get up in the mid 90's next week..ugh enough already lol im ready for the 70's and 60's for a while!

I have been busy the past few days! I did watch some of "Christmas in August" on QVC. They have some very cute items! I was tempted but did not purchase anything! We had Evan's orientation for his pre school last night. He starts Tuesday..my Baby is going to pre school... Im scared for him :-?, I know he will love it though! I wanted to wish everyone a Happy weekend before I leave work. I hope to get to catch up on posts and get on here a little more next week!

Luckily, it was only the preseason, eh, Made? It was close until the last five minutes of the first half.

I do take a little bit of comfort in knowing that they hardly ever win preseason games but we have a lot of injuries so far and the team that loses the super bowl never does good the next year. :-?

As I mentioned, it is my last day of work. I need to tie up plenty of loose ends before I depart. I think I completed most of the projects that I needed to. Hopefully they are satisfied with the work!

Good Evening Everyone!!!!!!!!! It has been a long day. I got up early and headed out to work for a couple of hours. Then it was back home to get my mom's car. She had complained before she left that one of her tires was thumping. So I took it for a test drive and figured out that her wheel bearing was bad on her front drivers side wheel. I went and got the part and headed to my aunts house since that is where I keep all of my tools. What should have been a 1 to 2 hour job went bad right from the start. Everything that could have went wrong did. It ended up taking me almost 6 hours to get it all done. I think 3 of those hours were spent beating on things with a hammer trying to get them to come loose. It was a great way to take out aggression but my back and shoulders are paying the price. My plans for this evening involve a heating pad and watching the season finale of Whale Wars. I hope everyone had a GREAT DAY!!!!!!
