I will not be adopting... I will be eating turkey.

Yum

Not only am i going to EAT a turkey - but also a duck and a chicken... THATS RIGHT! We have a Tur-Duc-En every year... YUM YUM YUM!!!!

I have adopted a turkey, it is in my freezer waiting to be the center of attention.

I'm with you! Sorry, Ellen ... you can adopt some wild turkeys to save mailmen and pedestrians from attacks ... like this wild bird at Harvard Business School.

I wonder what Ellen will be eating on Thanksgiving if she's not eating turkey....

ugh, sorry about that... my bad!

I am vegetarian for health reasons and will not eat turkey BUT I do make sure we have turkey for everyone else. cheesy

The vegetarian lifestyle works for some but not for everyone. I had serious stomach problems most my life and finally corrected it by going this route and free of medication when I use to be on several different ones.

People like to joke around with me and say, "Turkeys are vegetarian, you can eat it"!

My Mom has been a vegetarian for the past 12 or 13 years, and to me, I think that no one should be criticized for their diet choices...especially if you are eating well!

Our "adopted" turkey will be gracing our dinning table on Thanksgiving. Bring on the stuffing, cranberry sauce and pumpkin pie too!

Ellen is so strange. I will have turkey in my belly as usual, I wouldn't have it any other way. cheesy

Another "celebrity" telling everyone how they should think.

I'm looking forward to my traditional Turkey Thanksgiving dinner with family.

I love Ellen, but I love turkey too. So, it will be making an appearance on my plate. I will, however, adopt-out the fat and calories if anybody wants them.

FTR: Ellen is vegan and I respect anyone that can do that. (:
