Hi everyone!
Thanks so much for your get well wishes. They are very much appreciated! I am starting to feel a little better.
I am sorry that I have not read everything. It's really a drag that my laptop is still in the shop. I could be laying in bed and catch up on all the post. I am sitting at my husbands computer right now and ready to get back to bed! Geek Squad called today and said it would probably be another 2 weeks until I get my laptop back. :-?
The temps have been in the 70's for several days and starting tomorrow we will have the coldest temperatures since 1997 with snow and sleet. The highs will be in the lower 20's with wind chills in the single digits up until Thursday. I guess we want the Packers and Steelers fans to feel at home! cheesy The players arrived here today.
Take care and thanks again for your warm get well wishes. It cheered me up! I hope to feel 100% tomorrow and I can finally catch up and get ready for the Valentines Opera!!!

I know what you mean, I got the roof semi-cleared and took down all the icicles on my house, but I have never seen icicles like this before there is one house a mile away the whole front of the house is covered with 8 foot icicles, we taught JP NEVER stand under icicles, if they fall could hurt you or worse.

Good evening,
I worked early today, had to be there for 7am I would have been on time if my car would have started. I got it going and got there. We are ready for the storms that are to come through 2-5 inches tomorrow, 12-16 on Wednesday. With ice in between, and the weather guy said that was being on the optimistic side.

A major winter storm is developing over Texas and will track towards Southern Ontario Tuesday. The low is expected to track just south of the lower lakes Wednesday.............
This will be the first Major winter storm of the season for the Toronto area, and the most significant storm of the season for many regions outside the traditional snow belts. The heavy snowfall and blowing snow will cause whiteout conditions making for extremely hazardous driving conditions. The public should be prepared to change plans accordingly to avoid unnecessary travel during the storm.
Environment Canada continues to monitor this dangerous winter storm and will issue further watches and warnings as necessary.
