OMG !!! The Wedding was so beautiful !! (I stole peaks when I was supposed to be working !! Shhhhhhhhhhhhhhh !!!) The prince was so handsome and Kate was just breath taking !!

I am so sentimental, I got teary eyed when I saw the prince and his brother enter the church, thinking that their mom should be there too.........I wish Will and Kate a long and happy life together !

Good Morning all...TGIF! it's a very nice 52F outside with blue skies and sunshine. I recorded the Royal wedding everyone is talking about since I am at work,I don't remember Di and Charles wedding I was 6 or 7 I remember watching replays of it but not the actual ceremony. 30 years ago! where has time gone! hope everyone has a great day!

Good Morning, my Fantastically Fabulous Friday Friends.

Yes, indeedy -- we have arrived at the close of yet another week on our journey back to the Christmas Season (which is closing in faster than you think!):
Days to the Season: 198
Days to Christmas Day: 240
And our next Milestone, the HALF-way mark to Christmas Season 2011, stands a mere 16 days off.
(Wow! Almost down to 2 weeks!)

Beautifully sunny but coolish here this morning where we have started out in the mid 50's on the way up to a nice, comfortable predicted high of 76 by this afternoon.
(And NO SEVERE WEATHER forecast!)

Hey! You all have a Fabulous Friday and a Wonderous Weekend start this afternoon.
Keep that Christmas light shining and may the spirit of the Season be with you.

Mouse isn't feeling well today so I am very down. She is eating and purring, but not quite herself. Nothing to have me take her to the vet as of yet, but I will be keeping my eye on her very closely.
I pray she gets better!
well, hitting the pavement again...maybe I should rephrase that, I already hit the pavement and now I cannot sit right, so I do not want to do that again!
What I mean is, I am handing out resumes again. Dropped one off in hopes of working for the city buses. I love this place I live in and know so many people and my way around well. driving the city bus would be so much fun. Much easier than a big rig, especially when backing!
Good luck to you!
Hobby Lobby should start putting christmas stuff out in about 2 months.cheesy
I will be there! =)
CAH- I don't know if I can bring myself to watch Idol anymore.
Yes, I am bummed out! I really do like James Durbin. He is my 2nd favorite so all votes will go to him but I am missing Casey already!
I didn't realize how big the royal wedding was with so many people, I remember Prince Charles and Diana only because it was on I believe a Saturday morning, and being only 5 or 6 at the time I was upset the Saturday Morning cartoons weren't on. At that age that was the highlight of the week were those cartoons, and the cartoons at that time RULED. My wife and I were talking about the future store and she seems to now be 100% behind the idea, she is really excited about it after I have told her some of my plans. She was leery of it at first but I think she understands my thinking now and I personally believe I have some fantastic ideas.
I remember when Saturday morning cartoons were VERY important. I one time mentioned to my kids about Saturday morning cartoons and they said, "what is that"? ha ha ha! Silly me, they have 24/7 cartoons now and don't have to wait until Saturday for hours of cartoons.

I am very excited about your Christmas store and more excited that you might name it Magical Christmasy Store (is that the right title?).
i wish i had gone down to london for the day and watched it in hyde park, the atmosphere will be amazing. instead i'm spending the day at home with tea and crumpets, but i may pop to one of the street party's later if i feel better (sore throat and chesty cough)
Get well soon!

I tried to catch up on all post but really behind.

What a day yesterday! It was good and bad. The last time I was on here was yesterday morning and wanted to get on here last night but just didn't have time and worn out.

I went to the gym and made a mistake to eat a big breakfast and then ran 2 miles on a full stomach. What a big mistake! I felt terrible all day. They warn you not to ever do that and I knew better but did it anyway. My stomach was in knots all day and just made me sluggish.

I also had my grandchildren for 11 hours feeling crummy. I made the best of it and we went to the mall with my mom and son and had a nice time. So that was good!

By the time the kids left I collapsed and had no energy to get on here. All night last night my stomach gave me fits and I didn't sleep well. I guess it doesn't help that in the past I have had chronic stomach issues so I have to be super careful with my diet and now I know not to run on a full stomach!

I am usually up very early and was going to watch the Royal Wedding but slept in and missed it all. Oh well, the news is covering it all.

I hope you all have a great day.

Good Friday morning, my Christmas friends!

I bought one of those XM Radio receivers for my truck and installed it yesterday. Nancy's car has it built in, and I LOVE the All-80's channel! She gave me a dirty look for spending the money, but it's worth it to me to spend some of my stashed money whe doesn't know about. Duran Duran, anyone? cheesy

I hope you all have a great Friday! cheesy

Good morning, Christmas friends. We have clear and sunny skies here in northern California with a slight chilly breeze. Hubby is in the kitchen getting breakfast ready, and I am sitting here with a cup of Kona blend. Has anyone heard any operatic voices lately? I hope it will be soon! Have a great day, everyone.

Hello friends. Lovely day here in central Illinois. Finally no rain and the weekend looks promising. We are sponsoring a few of our drivers in the bus rodeo near the state capitol this weekend so I will be busy attending that event. Hope everyone has a happy, fun and safe weekend.

lunch time!! I can't decide what to eat. Did anyone get sad during the royal wedding thinking about how Diana should have been there? I will never forget when she died..I have to say her death really affected me for some reason. anyway I have been thinking about her alot today with the wedding and all..she would be so proud of William I am sure. oh well about to go get a salad I think..have a great rest of the day folks!

I was thinking the same thing about Princess Diana. =(

They are showing the replay of the wedding on TLC and will re-air it from 7-9 pm central time if anyone is interested in watching it.

Would you just look at that post count? We are so close to 9,000 posts and only 11,000 posts from 20,000! Hmmm. I wonder if we can actually do it!

I just finished watching the wedding over on Ustream. Beautiful wedding. I loved the music.

i'm still on a high from our future king and queen's wedding this morning!

her royal highness duchess of cambridge (or princess kate as i call her!) is just breath taking and i'm sure she and diana would have been so close.

i was reading an interview last week and it was mentioned that when diana had her title taken away from her, prince william gave her a tissue as she was crying and said "don't worry mummy, when i'm king i shall give it back to you" it really moved me, he adored her and it's heartbreaking that she wasn't here to see her first born marry. prince william was also speaking of giving his mother's ring to kate and he said "it's a way of connecting the two most important women in my life" that also really moved me, but i'm sure diana will be looking down so proud.

I got very weepy when I saw Prince Wiliam arrive at the church with his brother. I know The People's Princess was there with her babies.....I just wish it could have been in the flesh.......xo
