Louann...how is Your finger doing?

MrsChristmas....have fun on Your trip!!!!


Kandice is sleeping since 2 hours and I am watching CSI....I got a blister gone bad on the inside of my right foot....the blister open because I must have scratched it open with my left foot in my sleep.......it is burning.......and redder than a cancer....horrible....Kandice is terrified by it....she said....Mommy....Your pain will never ever go away no more....and wept.....cute little mouse....I only have it since yesterday....so much for the eternal blister :D

Awww...Track I hope that blister gets better !!! OUCH !!! Sounds really painful. My LEFT finger is the same, still swollen and red and hard to bend......My RIGHT index finger, the one with the piece out of it is better........I still like being called 8-Finger CM3 though !!!!

It already feels like Friday the 13th! A friend of mine just came over unnannouced and is Drunk!! so now I have to baby sit him because he is in no shape to drive. This is out of the ordinary...what next????
 
okay good night everyone! it has been a long long day..and CAH it is HOT here! how are you holding up in this heat? It's times like this I daydream about Fall coming and the cooler weather Etc etc. thanks goodness tomorrow is friday,although it is the 13TH! have a good night and I will chat with you all tomorrow!
 
I cant sleep tonight! at 930pm I am usually knocked out! I have to get up at 5 am..I have so many things to get in order before I leave on june 5th. I think I am going to resort to advilPM!! Have a good night everyone!

We finally got the new pool up and running, and the kids are ecstatic! I can't keep them out of it. It's actually a big mess in my yard, since we bought an above-ground pool but had a big hole dug to bury it halfway down. There's Georgia red clay all over my yard, and all around the pool. It's being tracked into the house by some wet little feet, too.

Hopefully, my contractor brother-in-law is going to come over Monday to start on the deck around it. Maybe that'll cut down on the mud in the house.

I've never had a pool, and had no idea it was such a chore to get the pH balance and chlorine levels correct. What a pain! I've made 4 or 5 trips to the pool place to have the water tested. Everytime I go, they sell me another $25 worth of chemicals to pour in. "Bring another sample tomorrow." What they're not saying out loud is "don't forget your checkbook when you come back, too!"

Oh, well. The kids love it, so we'll plan some "staycation" time this summer, and less vacation time. Sounds good to me. Bring on the weenie roast!

Good morning, Christmas friends. It is overcast and cool here in northern California. Today is the last day of state testing!!! We are having a Mexican food celebration tomorrow! My son and his girlfriend will be visiting us next week on their way to Maryland. They are moving to a small town near Annapolis to help take care of her parents. I hate to see him leave California, but I am proud that he is not afraid to undertake an important task. I hope all of y'all have a great day! Spend your time wisely!

Living out of the city has been sooo neat with the kids - yesterday, I got to show Jude a snake in the creek near our house (and one in our yard the other day!), fish, a caterpillar nest, etc... today we saw a HUGE hawk eating a squirrel on a low branch. It was sooo neat!!!

All we saw when we lived in Philly was pigeons!

I love small town living, I have lived in 2 different cities in Mass. I wouldn't trade living in a small town for anything now.

Pigeons-Rats of the sky, I had a nasty lung infection caused by pigeons nesting on our porch about 7-8 years ago. Dang dirty birds.

I don't have them tomorrow so I think I am going to REST! No going to the gym (I have gone the past 3 days), only do chores that are a must and then take it easy.

I returned the Rick Steves' European Christmas blu-ray that they mailed me by mistake and got the dvd. I found it for about 9 bucks cheaper elsewhere. I think I might watch it tomorrow! cheesy

I'll take the bacon, hold the sauce, crust, cheese, just give me the bacon.

My bro-in-law really wants to try chocolate covered bacon after seeing an ad for it. I think I am very curious on how it tastes, I suppose I can make it sometime. cheesy

It is a beautiful day out today. Early this morning there was a loud storm, but I slept through most of it. I have been so very tired the past few days. Not sure why, but I am ready to go to bed around seven - way too early! I have to make myself stay up until nine and then I'm about out as soon as my head hits the pillow. I could actually go to bed right now and sleep very well! I went from not getting much sleep to getting too much - hopefully my sleep patterns will regulate some more.

I thought I would be hitting 5000 posts about now, but apparently I did that a while back cheesy
