Anyhow I made it alot easier on the way back in fact I just had to walk across the concourse hall in Atlanta to change planes. brandi won't be back until monday so I have the house to myself and it's wierd being here by myself,kind of down after being around loved ones all week now it's back to work..etc etc. I loved listening to the Gobble gobble contest....it's great putting a voice to the name,actually you all sounded pretty much like I expected! Hope everyone has a great night,I am snuggled up on the couch and going to watch Hallmark the rest of the night!

Nope! Ricks' is at Castle Park Right? or at least it use to be,now it's called something else,I don't go there anymore,,,wayy to young crowd for me,Mixers was in downtown in the historic district,it's closed now too I think,I use to bartend and was a bouncer there. I loved bartending because I made hella lot of $$ on tips,but I got tired of getting home at 6am on sunday mornings!

spent part of my day in London visiting with my daughter. Dropped off her advent calendar since she will not be home until the 15th.

Also got to watch Arthur Christmas! Loved it and high recommend it. My favorite part was when the flew the sled through Toronto! I have been at all the places they showed in the movie. (the street with all the light strings across it and the Santa balloon is Young St, the curved building is City Hall....but I guess I should shut up so I do not give away anything!
Watch it, you will like it.

And, our home town boy Justin Bieber himself sings in it. We are so proud of him, he has done well!
 
Well I didn't get anything done today. I started cleaning my apartment and then my mom wanted me to go with her to get a new tire put on her car. So we went and got that done and then went to arbys for lunch. When we came out of the restaurant there was a huge puddle of anti freeze under my mom's car. So we went to my aunt's house since it was only a mile away and that's where the majority of my tools are. It turned out to be her lower radiator hose. Once I had it changed my aunt wanted me to help her put up her Christmas tree. So I got it all put up and then headed to my sisters house to pickup a few things she had bought for me. She had just put her tree up and discovered that only half the lights were working. She wanted me to figure out why but I told her it wasn't worth it. Just go buy more lights and put them on it. So then I had to go with her to buy lights since my brother in law was going to a concert with his brother. When we got back from walmart I had to help her string the lights and then my mom helped her and the kids decorate it. So I left home at 11am and didn't get back home until after 7pm. Now I am exhausted.
 
Well!!!! I finally started my christmas shopping:):???:
Takes a little stress off me, thank the heavens!

Also, A radio station in vancouver has switched to 24-7 Christmas Music!! YAY! Now on my way to and from work I can listen to some Christmas Tunescheesy

I'll just say that I'm beginning to understand why people shoot their TV's.
 
:-?good evening ya'll, well my computer crashed this morning & i was so bummed cuz i couldn't talk to ya'll & then this evening daughter says, oh mom you can use mine! duh, i guess i was brain dead. didn't even cross my mind. hers is a bit old though so don't know how much i'll get to do on here.
everyone's watching the carolina-clemson game in the living room. that's a big rivalry here in s.c.
today has been rush, rush, rush. my sis & bil went back home today but she left worried about our rents. i reassured her i would be w/ them as much as possible but she lives away & she just worries. had to work then my son & his fiance paid for us to have a family pic done @ a portrait studio out of town & we did that. i'm just kind'a tired now.
trying to start thinking of Christmas shopping....where oh where do i start?

I hope everyone had a nice Thanksgiving. Mine was real nice and I even went shopping a little later that evening. I hope to start doing some decorating around my home tomorrow. I have been sooo busy these last few days I haven't had much time to do anything. Hope to crash early tonight and try and get some much needed things done tomorrow. Hope all is well with everyone!
 
Well I ventured off hallmark but am recording D.M trading Christmas and since I am in a sentimental mood I am watching my oldest bro's wedding tape from 1997 the reception... It seems like yesterday...It is amazing how a few drinks and a festive atmosphere can make the difference,I even got out on the dance floor and was "churning the butter" ahh the memories...I think I could be up all night getting use to time difference but that is okay I guess!

Thanks for the prayers. I just talked to my daughter and the kids seem to be a lot better. Thank God!!! My daughter was very sleepy so I didn't get a lot of details, they were up all night. She said my granddaughter was very dehydrated even though she had lots of fluids throughout the day. The doctor said it was from the fever. She hasn't been sick that long, it sure don't take long to dehydrate! They ran iv fluids in her. I told them to get some sleep and that my oldest grandson can spend the day with us. I feel a little better myself hearing the update on the grandkids.s .

Well I've also ventured away from the christmas movies and now I'm watching Punkin Chunkin on discovery channel. This is my second year watching it and it looks like a lot of fun. I wonder what my apartment complex would say if I started building an air cannon behind my apartment.
 
I'm starting a class...free enrollment....called how to spend a Saturday.

Know what we are going to do?

Nothing. We will have about 15 recliners....some big screen televisions, laptops (we gotta be able to get on MMC) and an endless supply of popcorn.

There isn't even a textbook.
