So here it is, the first place winner....

Thanks for understanding, CAH! It is hard, on the both of us. He is my best friend, truly. I know a lot of married couples say that, but he is. He has been since high school. We started dating our junior year and have been insperable (sp?) since. We do things apart too, but also love the time we can spend together. He was glad to hear that once I get the kids to bed, I will have you guys to talk to and keep me company, along with the Hallmark Channel.

we watched Charlie Brown too. me, daughter, & hubby. hubby couldn't wait for it to be over...he's such a party pooper!
i hope you & your bro had a nice visit. speaking of the warm weather, we are too. i even had the a/c on yesterday! yuck, i wish it would get cooler. hope brandi is feeling good this close to due date. i know it's rougher towards the end sometimes.
i'll be praying for your family....sounds alot like some issues my rents have @ their home. you take care &congrats on the shopping almost complete! now if i could just get started!!!!I will have my Christmas shopping finished hopefully by Thursday night. Was hoping to finish it all today, but with an emergency stop at the dentist for a toothache that didnt happen.
Have to go back next week for two fillings and the nerve endings to be pulled from where a crown came loose and I swallowed it.
Please pray for my grandma and uncle as we are having a tough year. My uncle is mourning the loss of his father (passed in September) by heavily drinking, which ironically is the cause of him being unable to mourn in September with the rest of the family (he was drinking alot and fell down the stairs and was in ICU until right before Thanksgiving).
Grandma cannot see very well (85 y/o) and both her sons use that to their advantage to sneak booze into the house.

I'm sorry your family is having such a hard time. Alcohol can ruin an entire family if it gets a grip on one member.
