You're welcome! I was going to say...I thought I remember you being in on one of the chats I was on earlier in the day. I was trying to multi-task in doing so many different things thought...haha. It's hard for me to remember sometimes.

We watched all kinds of Christmas cartoon's tonight - How the Grinch Stole Christmas, Flintstone Christmas, Jetson Christmas, and Smurf Christmas. We switched back and forth between ABC Family and Boomerang. I wanted to watch White Christmas, but watched these with EA instead. She is now watching Dora - she watches that before bed EVERY night. Oh well...

Maybe...I will catch is some night!

Oh, well. For some reason, we are going to a place that has bowling, laser tag, video games...I can't fathom why...but I guess she won't miss anything.

I LOVE laser tag!!!! One year we went to Vegas when my daughter was about 9 years old and we were at Circus Circus hotel amusement center. We played laser tag for 5 straight hours! We would go in and play, finish a game then jump back in line for another game. It was so much fun. I think I was the only adult lady that was playing all night against mostly kids! Ha ha! My daughter and I had a blast!

I have some cleaning to do today and then I may make some more cookies.

Oh goodie! You can come help me bake cookies too! We can have an MMC baking party!!!!

Another busy day here, day off tomorrow. I plan on going to the mall and finishing my shopping for my wife, and calling the company that shipped her gift that seems to be lost, I paid good money for that and I want it here before Christmas. I should probably head to bed, I am exhausted.

Getting ready to get started for another day at work. A BIG thank you to all those who came to my Christmas With Pets Chat. I think it got boring mostly because I really don't know anything about pets and should have researced different topics for the chat. You were all wonderful, thank you for sticking around xo

This has been a really odd Christmas Season for me so far. It just seems one minute I am up and jolly and the next minute I am really sad and down. I don't know what my problem is. The most wonderful day so far this Season was the day with my dear sister.

I'm getting very excited for my parent's visit! They leave Wisconsin a week from tomorrow. Hope the roads will be good & safe for them. I always worry about snow & ice. At least they're used to driving in them, I'm the one whose out of practice. They should make it to Vegas the day before Christmas Eve ;o)

Our work Christmas party is this Saturday night. It's located at a resort near my house. They're having carriage rides in addition to the dinner & band playing. I guess they have photo booths and other fun little things on the property, too. Should be fun!

Thinking of you all~ saying prayers for those who need them, and sending Christmas cheer as well!!

Hello, everyone! I had today off from work, but instead of relaxing, spent all my time working on a special project. No more days off left this year, so I don't have a day left to kick back and drink eggnog and watch movies ... boo! Maybe I can carve out a little time this weekend.

And I got some sad news today about a friend I worked with nearly 20 years ago, but we kept in touch after I moved to Massachusetts. She's in hospice, and the prognosis is about six weeks. Her son said it was very sudden; she took ill about a week ago. It's too late today to call her, but I will try this week.

So sad. life can be so cruel.

Did not get much of a chance to get to the party on sunday was on a while and it was good. but i have 2 friends over and i could not think of how to put then if to another night . and then when they left it was 2 in the morning and i did go back on bit fell asleep. but glad you all seemed to enjoy it

Yes, it's certainly hard to believe that Christmas Season 2011 began a full month ago, back on Nov. 13.
(That was just about the fastest month I can ever recall going through!)

And look what else is fast approaching:

These cold starts just keep piling up.
Down to 34 this morning.

Hello to all.

Hard to believe how close we are already...only 11 days to go to Xmas Eve!!
I didn't at all see the end of Nov due to getting unexpectedly called to Jury duty which kept me tied up for the last 2 weeks of Nov while still working in the evenings to make up for the financial short comings with the jury duty but all in all, I made extra money which allowed me to finish my Xmas shopping!! So it was worth the hectic two weeks.

Shopping is all done....well, 98%. Only a little something left for my brother-in-law.
I'm not done wrapping yet though. Still wrapping stocking items in the evenings which I want to get this all done this week, to only have some baking to worry about next week.

The first family event, decorating the tree took place last Sat. and I have two 4 day weeks leading into Xmas weekend!! A long weekend coming for Xmas with the inlaws this weekend with a 6hr drive friday then again back home on Sunday. The 4 days next week leading into Xmas Vacation from the 23rd to the 3rd!! Can't wait!!

Of course it will be two hectic weekends coming up, but fun at the same time.

Good Morning Everyone!!!!!! It is going to be a warmer day here in central Indy with a high of almost 50 degrees. Then the rain moves in this evening. I'm kind of depressed that we keep getting rain and not snow but then I see how much rain were going to get and I'm glad it's not snow. I only want a couple of inches to make it look pretty and not the 12 to 15 inches we could get if this was snow. My main goal today is to figure out what kind of candy I'm going to make this year. I usually make all kinds of stuff for my mom to take to work and to give to my neighbor's for Christmas. Last night mom informed me that she wasn't going to take anything into work this year though. She has a new boss and he won't even let them decorate so she decided that they don't deserve it. She always took the majority of the cookies and candy so I can cut way back this year. I hope everyone is having a GREAT DAY!!!!!!!!!!
