Thanks for the prayers everyone. We were really hoping that he would hold on for another Christmas but it wasn't meant to be. Luckily the hospice nurse was there and gave them some warning so everyone could get there. My sister was in the room and said that his mom and step dad took it pretty well. His two step brothers took it pretty hard though. At least he's not confined to that wheelchair anymore.

I just got back from the vets and am somewhat in a funk - Mouse is in the hospital. I won't know what is wrong with her until tomorrow - please pray for her!

I'll be praying for both of you.

Hi all , It has ben sometime that I have posted. As some of you may know this has been a difficult year for me. I want you to know that your thoughts and prayers are much appreciated. I did put up a tree this year. I know my husband would have been very dissappointed if I didnt. It almost seemed insulting to him ,his memory and our life together to not put one up. It certainly dorest have the same "Christmas Sparkle" that our trees of the past have had put at least its up. Hope you are all well. I'll be lurking around over the next few days, hopefully I can get caught up.

I am done working for 2011!!!! Only problem is I have surgery tomorrow afternoon. :-? It should be a quick procedure, but nerve racking just the same. I have solved my "problem" at work and it looks like I have made a great friend, I am so glad I took CM3's advice. Thank you CM3! If anyone has a chance to see the movie/documentary "Becoming Santa" I don't think you will be disappointed.\

I am finished with work until Sunday, yes I have to work 1-9 Chistmas day. But it is okay, except I will have uninteilligible goobers all day, oh well.

This has been one LOOOOOOOOOONG week. Thank God in heaven it is finished work wise at least.

Happy Thursday! Only a few days to go, now. It's bittersweet!

Well, my parent's made it to Albuquerque, NM last night. And they called & said they got an early start this morning. Hope they have good roads & weather ahead of them today. God willing, they will get to Vegas tonight! I can't wait to see them!

Last night, we sat in front of the tree & watched Polar Express. Then, the new Prep & Landing. Very cute!

How's everyone's weather? So strange this year.

It's cool & very breezy here, with dust & high wind warnings. Highs near 50. I'd love some flurries! Hey, it's happened before! Plus, this is the time of the year that miracles happen, right?!

Hello, I had quite a time logging in today... As these days come closer and closer to Christmas I just cannot begin to express how wonderful it has been sharing this with all of you.

I for the first time do not feel so deflated, I know this time of year what do I mean, well I mean because I have MMC it isn't like these are the last two weeks, are it, I have a full year of all the Christmas I want with you all here at MMC!!! I am so blessed to have all of you
