Morning mmc friends
Friday again. another week away.
Hope this finds you,your familys and frubabies all good
Its cold here today raining as well
Just the usually week with me pallets and work
One of these days am gonna meet a millionair and wont have to ever work again lol i can dream
My next door neigbour who 3 weeks family was told she wood live a few weeks is doing good no one can beleive it
I go in abot 10 and put on her pain patch and now i have to go in every evening about 6 and make her something to eat. At the start her neices was railing round now most of that has stopped
I am finding the 6pm one a bit hard. as that is round my tea time as well. and with going in to her and sitting a wee while. but the time i get in to mu house its really to late to eat a big plate of stuff. gonna have to work on a system lol
As i was saying earlier in the week.
one of the firms i get my shop stuff from are going to close. think i have bought 30 pallets so i dont feel am doing to bad. still have the christmas stuff to get and still wondering where am gonna put it
Other than that nothing major to report.

Now, she has to decide whether she wants to go out tomorrow or Saturday. At least we know we will be heading to The Works! http://www.worksburger.com/ It is a local/Ontario restaurant franchise that has nearly 100 burgers on their menu. Oh, and their fries and onion rings are also very delicious! I'm hoping Kim chooses tomorrow, but I know that I will have to go the gym beforehand! I will feel guilty if I don't... Plus, I enjoy eating more than I should!

Oh my oh my... Now I got hungry!
Worlds best burgers? I believe it!
I would love to go there some day!

hello all, well my hands are so full maybe by this Christmas I'll learn all about Google a words, yahoo local, MSN, Bing, blogs and all the ins and outs of internet ads - today I learned a whole new things for short they call it SEO, lets just say I have a lot of reading to do tonight.

On ward tho I must go - I joined this craft site and I love snowman (maybe as much as Made loves Santa's) - I just loved the Glade commercial where the snowman comes to life and looks in the window with the dad and son, too cute. Well anyway, they have the cuest ideas I am all ready picking out what I will make this summer one with the kids at church and one for those near and dear to me.

We had the last of the Christmas cake last night we always think it is a little sad when we do. But, now I get to plan next years cakes and how many I will need. I was also thinking of testing out homemade plum pudding, my hubby will like that he talks about his Grandmother's a lot but he was in his early 20's when she passed and he didn't think of getting the recipe, his mom or should I say mum, doesn't have it, but with the internet I should be able to find a good one and there is planty of time to get it right

Good night, everyone! I hope that you all get a good night's sleep and have sweet dreams! Thank goodness tomorrow is Friday, this week feels like it has been going on forever. I have two classes tomorrow and then I am on a much needed spring break. The only disappointment is that all of my friends from different colleges have their break a week after mine. That means I won't get to see anyone unless I go drive to their schools to visit, and that typically means a 2 hour drive - no thanks!

The weather has been awfully weird here. Yesterday it was 67 degrees out, and today it is only 30 some. The dramatic changes are really messing with the cold that I have and making it worse. My throat has been so bad the past few days. I just can't seem to shake this cold no matter what I do. The only thing that helped was when I ate hot salsa tonight - totally cleared me up for a little while!

I am going to relax, watch a couple of TV shows, and then read before I go to bed. Talk to you all tomorrow! Be safe driving to work/school/wherever.

sweety i hope you feel better. the weather is playing w/ everyone's body's now. eat up on the salsa!!!! have a great spring break!!!!!!!woohoo

when hubby & i went on the porch for coffee this morning it was thundering & lightening in the distance. i thought the rain was coming tomorrow, maybe not. hubby & i are suppose to go out tonight for dinner but i don't know if the weather is bad. sounds like the wind is picking up too.
hubby told me the other night he has to go to Germany on business this month sometime. he's looking forward to that trip, unlike China. we are both hoping China is cancelled.
nothing really new here, we are working, kids in school & working, doggies being doggies. hope ya'll have a great day w/ lots of smiles!!

Good Morning MMC!!!!! It's going to be warm day here in central Indy with a high near 70 again. We will also be dealing with Thunder, Lighting, Hail, and Tornado's. Not Fun. Especially since the worst of it is supposed to hit between 2 and 8pm and that's when I have to go babysit. My niece's hate storms. They still freak both of them out. If the storms aren't to bad I also need to run to the grocery store since I didn't get there yesterday. My neighbor has been saying that he is really craving homemade lasagna and it sounds really good to me too. So I was going to make up a big batch and have him over for dinner tomorrow. I hope everyone is having a GREAT DAY!!!!!!!!!!!!

Good morning dear Christmas family !
I am like MerryCarey in that I haven't been posting much lately since my laptop died...but I stop by and read the posts and you are ALL always on my mind.

We have hit a patch of financial bad luck lately...we owe the Government taxes this year PLUS my car totally died...they think it "jumped time" or something like that and it is going to be costly PLUS my laptop is gone.... Oh well... at least it isn't that long now until Christmas in July !!

Sure am sorry for your patch of bad luck. I hope it turns around for you real soon!!!

They say that strange things can happen on "Leap Day", well yesterday at work it definitely seemed that way. One example was that one of our customers said we shorted them a pallet of paper (that's 40 boxes of printer paper). I checked our inventory and it checked out that we had what we were supposed to have, which meant that we did NOT short them the pallet. Well one of our drivers backed into one of the doors with an inbound load of paper and I happen to look into that trailer, and there was the missing pallet. How in the heck it got onto that trailer nobody knows. It wasn't the same trailer it was originally loaded on, and it didn't come from the same place we shipped it to. I felt like I stepped into the Twilight Zone.:lol:

You know, I wouldn't put anything past that crazy camel! I know some people saw him getting on a bus somewhere, maybe that's why he was late for the party at the Pines that night. Hmmmmmm might be something there.

Somewhat cooler weather has returned this morning where we started at 48.
The predicted high is 72 today and 70 tomorrow but uncertainty remains over the possibility of severe weather later today and Saturday.

Just Friday here ... nothing to report. The snow and ice stopped, and we're supposed to get rain tomorrow and warmer temps next week, so it's gonna be sloppy around here for a while after everything melts and gets rained on! Because of the snowy scenery, I was listening to vintage Christmas/winter music on the way to work this morning. laying:

MerryCarey, vintage Christmas music as in Bing, Dean, Frank, Perry and others like them? Why I ask is because when you mention vintage movies you are watching some that most have not heard of. I thought there might be vintage music that are out there that most have not heard of as well. I love all Christmas music but especially the ones I mentioned above! =)

Made, what do you think of the final selection on American Idol? I am happy for most of who they selected but I thought Reed Grim was interesting and would have like to see what more he would have contributed to the show. Stay safe from the storms!

I have a busy weekend planned. The first weekend in March is always busy for my sign rental business. The local wildlife club has an annual festival in the middle of March, and all the local businesses want to advertise for the crowds that are coming. Invariably, they wait until this week to order their signs, and they all want it done NOW!!! lol I'll get it, but I also have to work at Bernie's all day tomorrow. I guess my Sunday afternoon is now booked. You'd think I'd be rich by now, with all this working going on! :lol:

Good afternoon everyone.... I am trying to make an effort to get back on here and post more. I have missed this place. Now that I have a small lull going on (no back to back holidays, no kids in sports activities yet) I am finding myself thinking more and more about the fall season, christmas and everything that goes with them. Back in the fall I was sooo busy with work, the kids with their school and their activities (football and cheerleading) that I barely had much time to think about and really enjoy the fall holidays. The next thing I know it was Christmas... still realing from the busy fall schedule again I still felt like I was missing out. It was the first time I had to deal with BOTH kids in school AND BOTH kids in a sports activity. I was ill prepared. So now that I know what to expect come Sept I plan to be better prepared, better at scheduling and time management so I can enjoy everything, at least I hope so.

Last night I packed up all my snowman suff and this weekend I will start decorating for Easter.

Well my lunch break is up..back to work.
