Good early early monday morning everyone! I was up with the baby because Brandi had a bad night sick and he was crying and I was awake anyways!!! so I rocked him to sleep and now I am here catching up with you guys! this has been such a great weekend for me it's hard to even put in words....it's just been perfect...I have been sad and depressed for so long over my dad it was just great to get around old friends and remember the good times and even though we don't see each other all the time we are still bonded by the bonds of friendship!!!!!
Brandi is out of school this week for spring break but has a Gyno appt to find out the due date...we figured Nov 15th or something close like that.lol I'm surprised we have not put bets on it...we do every thing else....it does not feel like a monday so far,,,,i;m still hungover, but not from alcohol, but from the great weekend I had spending it with good old friends. I still have a few hours before I go to the Gym before work so I guess I will stick around here and post in the games section....have a great day everyone...I will be back later!

Well the MRI showed 4 white spots on my niece's brain but the doctor isn't worried about them "right now" because they are not on the part of the brain that would cause the symptoms she is having. They are now leaning toward some type of seizure. She is still a bit dizzy so they are going to keep her again tonight and send her to a balance therapist tomorrow.
Good to hear. she is in the best place to figure it all out. hopefully they will and she will get home soon

caninemom3;427723]Good evening, Christmas family

My sister called just a little while ago to say that Wes is probably coming home tomorrow and there is NO DAMAGE AT ALL to his heart !!! It is such a miracle. Thank you, thank you all for all of your prayers xoxo (((Hugs)))) xo

MONDAY AGAIN. what is it about mondays ???
Anyway just thought i wood copy these 2 irish jokes to maybe cheer up your monday

1) Look to The Moon

Paddy and Seamus were walking home from the pub. Paddy says to Seamus, 'What a beautiful night, look at the moon.'
Seamus stops and looks at Paddy, 'You are wrong, that's not the moon, that's the sun.' Both started arguing for a while when they come upon a l drunk walking in the other direction, so they stopped him.
'Sir, could you please help settle our argument?
Tell us what that thing is up in the sky that's shining. Is it the moon or the sun?' The drunk looked at the sky and then looked at them, and said,
'Sorry, I don't live around here.'
2) Short Moon Jokes

After the Americans went to the Moon, Paddy and Seamus announced that the Kerry Men would go one better and send a man to the Sun.

Murphy objected. 'If you send a man to the Sun, he will burn up!'
'What do you think we are, stupid?" Seamus replied. 'We'll send our man at night!'

Good Morning, Mid March Marchers!

Yes, indeed.
Onward we march through March, closer and closer to this:
Days to the Season: 246
Days to Christmas Day: 288
Now UNDER half a week remains until the arrival of Milestone #3, the 1/3 Season marker, on Thursday.
(Our progress is as inexorable as it is inevitable.)

Well, we may have "sprung forward" into daylight savings time but I feel as if I have leaped back into darkness.
(Don't know about you but I hate getting up while it is still dark.)

Not quite so cold here this morning, with even warmer weather yet to come as the week progresses, quite likely reaching the 80's by later in the week.
Slight chance of rain tomorrow.

And with that warm thought, I'll leave it to you to have a Marvelous Monday in the spirit of the Season, Guys!

Brandi is out of school this week for spring break but has a Gyno appt to find out the due date...we figured Nov 15th or something close like that.lol I'm surprised we have not put bets on it...

Maybe "Baby Dawg" will arrive on Nov. 13 to officially ring in the holiday season! cheesy

Well friends today is not too bad so far at work. I do have alot of paperwork to do but due to low clouds and rain we are not too busy today. I hope everyone is having a good monday morning. I am waiting to hear from brandi to see what the Dr says!!!

Good Monday morning, my Christmas friends!

We had a long, busy weekend. The Wildlife Festival took all day Saturday, then we went out to eat and got home at midnight.

Yesterday afternoon, my son and I relocated his deer hunting stand and cleaned the area around it. It wasn't really very warm outside, but after dragging away a few trees we cut down, I was beat!

Then, Nancy and kids were up till 11:30pm last night doing homework and projects that are due today. Sheesh. It's not usually like this, but since it's TAX SEASON  and she's an accountant, she's working weekends, too. I'm ready for life to get back to normal.

I hope y'all have a great day! cheesy

mgramsey, I just wonder if we are talking about the same cold front? Did this happen in the early 80's? Did that 30 degree difference finally move across all of Dallas?

Another weird one was either 1987 or 1988 in late March. It was very sunny and warm during the early part of the day. I even have pictures of an outdoor birthday party I went to and got a sunburn. That night the temperatures dropped and we got a lot of snow. The weather was so bad they had to shut down the schools the next day. Did you live in Dallas at that time?

All this talk of cold and snow makes me want to hear a Christmas song, maybe watch a movie! =)
It was probably during the late 80's. We lived in Carrollton from 87-93.

Good Morning MMC!!!!! It's going to be a rainy but warm day here in central Indy with a high near 70 degrees. I might have to break out the shorts this week if the forecast holds. I got a good nights sleep but I'm still dragging a little this morning. Time to put on another pot of coffee. I haven't heard from my sister today so I hoping that means my niece had a good night. I hope everyone is having a GREAT DAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Good Morning MMC!

transplanting shamrock plants from bigger pots to split up into smaller decorative pots to use as center pieces at our seniors lunch tomorrow. To cold to do it outside, so my kitchen table will be a mess for awhile!

This whole week is supposed to be very spring like with temps up to 21c! Going to really enjoy this.
