Good afternoon, Christmas family!

This morning I took Palmer in to have her stitches out. She was petrified and was hiding under her bed inside the carrier. Poor dear! She is doing fine now - she has her jingle ball back and the carrier is out of sight until she does something bad - it is her timeout spot when she is home. She has been a little angel so far today

Gorgeous day out - tomorrow we are going to be in the high 80s. I did see that the extended forecast has called for cooler temps in a few days and a few nights are going to be in the freeze zone. I hope the trees do not open their buds until after all possibility of a freeze passes! When I dropped my library book off this morning, I saw that the daffodils alongside the building were open - such a happy flower and one of my favorites!

Good afternoon, MMCers! How is everyone's day going? I just got up for the day. I am ready to go and ready to read the posts.

I don't really anything planned for this evening. We'll just eat dinner, play with the kids, and if the weather stays decent, possibly go on a walk.

Nothing is new here. Work is still so busy. A hospital here in my area is closing, so the one I work at is only getting busier and we don't have the room or the staff to fit people. I am not sure how we will keep accommodating. It should be interseting.

Well, off to read the posts. Hope you're all having a wonderful day. Keep smiling. That's what keeps me going!

Good Evening MMC!!!! It has been a long and hot day here in central Indy. I got up at 2:30 this morning to take my sister to the airport and then I had to go babysit my niece's while my brother in law was at work. Now I am just exhausted. So I probably won't get caught up tonight. I think mom is going to babysit tomorrow so I will get caught up then. I hope everyone had a GREAT DAY!!!!!!!!!!!!

i told you guys ya'll would get tired of me this weekend. haven't wanted to leave the house waiting on hubby to call, think i better give that up.

ya'll will not believe what Christmas song has been in my head all weekend?........Why can't every day be like Christmas, from Elvis. i adore that song!
my aunt called me earlier, she was outside doing lots of gardening & in such a good mood. i sure wish i could. i just cannot handle the pollen.

i am dreading going back to work tomorrow. it's just so slow now & i HATE sitting around watching the clock.

Bet the minute you leave the house the phone will ring !!!. its really horrable sitting waiting on a call and not knowing when. what kind of a place is he in that has no phones. thought over here was bad. but we have a few phone boxes her and there lol hopefully he will ring soon and then you can get on with your things

Good evening, Christmas family

Today is the last day of my three days off. What a stressful week last week. I did call on Friday and talked to my supervisor and she was really nice. She told me overall things are fine and that I am NOT in trouble. She said the radiologists call them all the time and complain about stuff. That made me feel better, even though the error I made WAS really stupid.

Hermione did fine at her vet visit. She got the next set of shots and she just has her rabies in two weeks. Then hopefully it is off to puppy school !! We got one of those steabelt restrainer type things to keep her in the back seat and keep her safe so my husband can take her to the doctor by himself.

I bought a new laptop !! It seems pretty nice but then I guess they all do when they are brand new. It is an HP DV7. I don't know. I researched all kinds of laptops and I just can't afford one that is $1300 or something awy high like that. This one seemed to have decent reviews, I hope !!

The one thing I HATE is when I get a new computer my e-mail is all messed up and not configured !! And Of course I can't remember how to configure it myself !! Hopefully I can get some tech support from my internet provider !!

Good morning everyone! I just got to work.. A funny thing happened this morning,I got up went to the fridge thinking it was 1 am and I was having a midnight snack,well I took the food out of the fridge and glanced at tthe clock on the oven and it was 515!!! I had to leave at 530!!! my alarm clock did not go off!!! Monday monday!!!!! typical monday!!! Well I hope the rest of the day is not that bad....have a good morning everyone!! and @made---gosh you had to get up early to go to the airport...I hope you were careful!!!!

Good evening,

Just doing my daily check-in, it seems there are less hours the day, I get home around 4:30 and boom it is 8pm before we know it. I am actually watching the Bruins game for the first time in about 2 weeks, they lead Toronto 7-0 (sorry Christmasheart, thinking of you cheesy ) Tomorrow my little guy turns 4 years old, how fast they grow. I hope time slows down a bit, life is going at 150mph right now, and I am sick with a sinus cold, so I am really worn out. I am going to take some Nyquil and catch some zzzzzz.

Just stopping in really quick to say hello. I am SO TIRED tonight. Three days off is nice but when it comes to going back to work afterward it is a pain. I was so tired I was falling asleep (almost !) while I was typing.

I am really looking forward to Hermione entering puppy class. I hope she will do well. My husband and I are taking her together so we can both learn. When we took Clancy, our Ridgeback as a baby, she looked forward to it every week.

I can't get my e-mail configured on my new laptop. Windows 7 does not support Outlook Express and I don't really like Windows Live Mail. I was also using Incredimail but I can't get it configured because I can't remember the password. Arrrgh !! I think I am going to call my ISP tomorrow to see if they can help.

Lots of rain and wind here in the big D. Flash flooding too. Some places were damaged by high winds, not us thank goodness, haven't heard of any injuries. No tornadoes in Texas that I know of, there were some in Oklahoma, don't think anybody was hurt or anything, so that's good. Somebody got their car stuck in some high water not too far from us near White Rock Lake, they got out alright though. Sounds like the storms are moving away from us now, one of our chihuahuas is scared to death of the thunder, she just keeps pacing around the house, poor thing. It's weird that when she is scared like that, she doesn't want to be around people, she just keeps to herself. Well goodnight all, and have a great Tuesday!
