Good evening, MMC friends! Hope you're all well and you're day has been well. Happy Pines Day as well!

I got all the shopping done I needed to, so I thinking I am prepared now for Easter. We went out for dinner this evening and took the kids to see the Easter Bunny. EA also rode the kiddy train that they have, which she always really enjoys. Until we got home from doing that, it was too late to color eggs. We're going todo that tomorrow. We have such a busy day tomorrow as well - we need to go grocery shopping in the morning, color eggs, and then the kids have Easter pictures and DS has 9 months pictures too. That pictures partake at 3 p.

Well, I did get to read some of the count for today, but I am just so tired this evening. If I can't fall asleep, maybe I will check back in, but I kind of have a feeling I will have no trouble doing so. I will get caught up tomorrow.

Hope you all have a great day tomorrow. Hope all of your families and furbabies are well! Until we talk again, take care! Good night!

OMG who startedthe fired twinkies food fight?

Sorry, that was me, I just couldn't bear to have another egg salad twinkie. cheesy

Okay everyone. This is what happens when the server is getting ready to block your IP address. So if you start having this problem make sure to let one of the crew know. If you find that you just can't get on one day leave a message on the MMC facebook page or my page (made582) and we will try to help.

Seawaters- If you can still get on, I'm sending you a message on facebook.

Thanks very much for the info. Is there any way a member without a Facebook account can report a problem?

hey sugar-you've been a busy person. hope you got lots of rest for work & if i don't get to talk to you again, i hope you & your family have a beautiful Easter weekend together! God bless you friend!

good a.m. ya'll!!!!
last night was a blast! not sure what carl had in the drinks last night but i detected a bit of jelly bean flavor! that's 1 crazy camel!
today i'm headed to work, can't wait for the weekend. hubby & i are on vacation all next week & i can't wait. i definitely need a break from that place for a while!! i'm thankful for my job but @ the same time, thankful for the vacation time too.
just gonna hang out @ home. i think we may open the pool. my son can't wait for us to do that.
i have sleep apnea & use a c-pap machine @ night. the mask i wear doesn't last very long & i think it's time for a new 1. my hubby said he doesn't think the machine is working correctly but i explained to him how the mask is worn so badly & that's probably the problem. there's a place in town i can go to, to get a new 1 so i'm gonna call work & tell them i'll be a little late & go get the new mask. we open @ 9a.m. & the place does too. only about 15min. late. it's been about 2 or 3 years since my last sleep study (to get the setting for my machine) so i think i may need to schedule that also. it's a drag being hooked up to all these things while you're trying to sleep but hey, it works in the end.

time for another cup'o joe! ya'll have a great day today! love, hugs, & smiles!!cheesy

Good Morning, my Eve of the Eve Friends.

Yes, indeedio!
Tomorrow -- once again -- we will stand on the threshhold of another Weekend.
My, these weeks are passing so fast!
......as marked by this:
Days to the Season: 222
Days to Christmas Day: 264
Hey! Hey! Hey!
Three weeks from today!
(The 1/3 Christmas Day Milestone, that is.)
Then, the 200-day Season window opens!
Woweezarinos!!

Rain yesterday afternoon and evening with a slight threat of severe weather that fortunately never developed.
Was almost hot for a time yesterday with the thermometer cresting the 80 degree mark.
Today should be noticeably cooler and currently, we stand at 59 degrees here in the capital city.

OK!
You have a Thrilling Thursday, Folks.

I have been following the tornado aftermath coverage and as bad as it was there were no fatalities or serious injuries! That is great!

I know this story was covered nationwide but I am still amazed by the grandma that was caring for 3 very small children (I believe the ages were around 18 months- 2 years old). She got in her bathtub with all 3 and the whole entire house was flattened but the bathtub and 2 walls surrounding it were still standing. She said the tornado was trying to pull the baby she was holding out of her arms. It did manage to throw one of the kids into another part of the house and the other in the backyard. They all ended up walking away with just a few scratches!!!

Another lady was recovering from knee surgery and could not get out of her chair to run for cover. She was holding her dog and the tornado picked her up in the air and swirled her around and threw her, her dog and chair quite a ways. Her and the dog both survived. Her whole house was flattened as well. It's amazing because she just had knee surgery and she was up and around, didn't even have to be hospitalized after she was thrown around. I am shocked her knee didn't suffer more damage!

These tornados were so close to my home. I am blessed we didn't get damage and very happy everyone survived it.

^Thanking the Lord you guys were ok, CAH!

Good Thursday morning, my Christmas friends!

I did a little work yesterday afternoon, then we went to my mom's house for lasagna.

My mom is a superb Italian and German cook! I fell asleep in the living room right after eating that huge meal. Nancy took me home and I went back to sleep when I got there. I woke myself up by knocking everything off my night stand while dreaming that I was reaching for something my brother was handing to me. What a crazy night for me!

Today is my Friday!! I'm off tomorrow!! Yippeee!! We're taking the kids out to eat and maybe a movie tonight. Fun, fun, fun!

I hope y'all have a great day! cheesy

Morning, everyone!! :]

I am jealous of anyone who is off tomorrow and/or Monday! My brother works for a school district so he is off tomorrow and gets to start his weekend tonight. I have to go to college both days, I get no break at all for Easter. Regardless, anyone who is off - enjoy it!!

I also hope anyone who has had those tornadoes and bad weather is ok! I haven't been able to read many posts lately but I know some of us are in areas where they just hit.

I am really tired this morning. I was sick Mon, Tues, and Wed, I think I am finally starting to feel a little bit better today. I wasn't even able to go to my classes all week. I tried yesterday but I had to come home because I didn't feel well. I have a test this morning so I definitely can't miss.

After class I am going to head to the grocery store to do some Easter shopping with my mom.

Have a great day, everyone!

This is good info ... it should be available somewhere outside the Countdown where any member can find it easily, in case they run into trouble.

What with the egg-salad-filled Fired Twinkies, your hair must be really shiny today! Egg and mayo are good hair conditioners!

Just Thursday, nothing special to report. But I wanted to start the day with you folks! I like to check in here before the workday starts in earnest, if there's nothing on my desk when I come into the office.

Nothing really special planned for Easter weekend, just hoping to relax and quietly enjoy the holiday.

The 'Pines was jumping last night. Anybody get a photo of Carl in his bunny ears? Some things you see, as they say, just can't be un-seen ...

Very scary stuff. I hope the weather calms down there from here on in.
