Wishing a pleasantly relaxing Sunday to everyone!

No particular plans today, outside of getting the laundry done. Mr. is on "dad duty" this afternoon, so I'll probably just keep cool, watch movies, and crochet. (It finally got hot and sunny yesterday, so we put in the window A/Cs.)

Good Afternoon MMC!

back from church...our youth took over the service today, did everything, greeting, ushering, worship leading, even preached the sermon. Did an amazing job too. Even made the coffee and snacks for between services.
The future looks bright!

I was trying to answer posts, but nothing will come up, so will see if this works....

wet and actually chilly here today. Just loaded up the bread machine for a loaf of sourdough bread, made the starter myself, something I have never tried before. It smells good so hopefully comes out ok.

Tonight, we're going to a party/picnic for a guy I work with. He's turning 50 next week, so he's have a birthday party at his house.

Tomorrow, we're going to a state park close to my house for a graduation party. It will be nice because it will a bbq, plus they have a little beach, so the kids can play in the sand. The last time we were there though, the water was kind of gross, so we will have to see if EA can get in the water or not.

Monday, picnic at my house! Fun all day!

It is bright and sunny here, suppose to get close to 90*F, we will be staying home today, doesn't really feel like a Six Flags day now. We told the boys this morning about Milo, since we didn't get home until after 10pm last night from the animal hospital. Our 4 year old doesn't really understand it, but our 7 year knows what happened. We will be doing a little ceremony and will be burying him in the backyard, my wife will be doing a garden in his honor. She is really devastated, she has had him longer than she has known me. RIP Milo.

That is nice the wife is gonna do a garden and a wee ceremoney after all he was a member of the family
am sure she is very sad. 14 years is a long time

She is doing surprisingly well, we just finished burying him and making the garden. We have had a lot of tears the last 18 hours, but we know he is no longer in pain.

I always had a hard time saying goodbye to our pets. I love the idea of a garden. (((HUGS)))
