He has been there 22 years. Hard to believe!!! No marathons or 5k's (well an occasional 5k) for him. I always try to get him to walk with me, but most times he says he has walked enough today! :lol:

I agree, I think my brother walks plenty but he loves that running! I would be too tired after a day like he has. UPS drivers work so hard and put in long hours.

My aunt owns a UPS store. Christmas has always been her favorite time of year but since she has owned that store she can't enjoy it as much since it's the busiest time for her. She is so busy now!!!

My friend & I went to Marshall's on our lunch break yesterday, and discovered a small area of Halloween stock! I was ecstatic & started singing The Pointer Sister's "I'm So Excited", lol. I ended up buying a few vintage Halloween things- fun stuff! Can't wait to see more.

It's still really hot here, with an expected high of 109. We have heat & humidity, during the monsoon season. That's ok, can't stand the heat, but love seeing clouds & rain every once in awhile. Have to take it when I can!

I picked up some of the Pumpkin Spice coffee, that's one od my favorites!
They also have the caramel apple & apple cider ones that are really good. Fall is here! In my mind at least :wink:

Good afternoon everyone!I meant to post at lunch, but I was too busy catching up with posts! I read a bunch... and then I started looking for jobs! I had a few I wanted to respond to, but now I have very little time. Sorry! I hope everyone is doing well...!It's a Milestone Tuesday! So nice to see! 3/4 to the Season! Wow! The Christmas Season is truly right around the corner. So close that Halloween is starting to fill the shelves. Suonds about right - after all we are nearly halfway through August. How can that be?!Not a whole lot is happening here. I watched my Monday night team play last night again from the sidelines. My tendonitis is still very much in my patellar tendon. It's not a great feeling. At least I have a doctor's appointment next Tuesday. That should lead to a bit of physiotherapy. The only downfall of the physio is that I will have to pay for it. I am not covered, so that will likely be about $120 out of my already poor pocket... Rough.Well, I think it is time to get back to work. The shift is winding down. Less than 50 more minutes and then it's another day at the 'Pines tomorrow! Enjoy the rest of your Tuesday, everyone!

Hey Brad! Hope you're doing well! Yes, I had trouble- started Friday afternoon. I spent @ 20 minutes on a long post, and it reverted me to an old MMC page. Lost the entire thing =(
Then, when I tried to log on Sunday, no dice. Just said Page Cannot Be Displayed. But, I'm back today! Missed you all.

I was having problems as well with pages hanging up, really sluggish, pages bouncing around and I too, at one time in the middle of a post, got hung up and lost the posting completely. Seems to be fine now!

I also have found that out that sometimes, somewhere's between the timeframe of 12:30 am and 1:30 am (EST), the MMC server seems to have a lag in it around that time; I wonder if it is doing a back up or something?

Good afternoon, MMC friends! How are you all doing? I am doing pretty good. I am almost 100%. I went back to work last night and still didn't have all my energy back, but we were super busy, so I got it kicked to me fast. I got everything kicked into high gear and by this afternoon, I am feeling pretty good.

What's new? Nothing here. DH got called for overtime AGAIN tonight. I feel like we're not seeing much of each other right now, but I guess I should be thanking God, that we both have great jobs and are making good money.

Well, I am off to get caught up the posts I've missed in the past two days. Hope all is well with everyone! God Bless!

Overall, it was a great weekend. My mom and her husband flew home last night. Spending time with them was great. It really flew by. I'm already excited to return home in less than a month and see them again!

Anyway, I hope everyone else had a wonderful weekend! I'm very excited for our next Milestone tomorrow! Have a great Monday!

folks...what up....all good over here....kandice is almost asleep....overly exited for her first day of school tomorrow...so one cant be mad her for net being able to sleep.......her schoolbag is packed....and her Schultüte as well....the Schultüte is a thing where the kids get presents inside because they start schooll.....toys and stuff like that.....hers is full to the limit.....well....tomorrow she gets spoiled rotten....Playmobil, bathtub bubbles that change the color of thw water, the Disney Movie Aristocats, Littlest Petshop animals.....and of course I wouldn´t be trackrebel if there wasn´t something christmassy in it....
I got the rudolph the rednosed reindeer game for the nintendo ds for her from a us ebay seller..........for just 12 euros....hilarous....I tested it already and it is working......so

Attention world.....here comes Kandice

oh by the way....she done great in her field hockey practise today......at first they did a relaylike race....she was the youngest and she ran against a 8 year old boy......of course....she was faster ......if You want to say it like that......She was the USAIN BOLT of the baby hockey team.....lol

Great to hear Kandice is doing so well!

Update: I figured out what was wrong with Missy. She was wanting some cuddles from her human mama (aka: me). As soon as I held her for a good couple of minutes (and put her down) she was MUCH calmer. So *that's* what it was! She was lonely!

i'm on weigh****chers at the minute, trying to lose a bit of weight, don't feel too comfortable in my skin at the minute, but it's hard because i love food soooo much! craving chocolate cakes, full english breakfasts, indian food, ice cream etc... going to be good for a while and see if i can lose the weight, then i'll allow myself these treats at the weekend.

I am raised to be responsible when it comes down on spending money on something. Like not spending money I don't have and save up for bad times. Unfortunately a lot of people my age don't know this anymore and spend money without having it.

@Meceka & Made: How do october clouds look like? I am not aware on having different clouds for different seasons in my country.

I stopped eating "diet" food and started eating real food. I enjoy my chocolate and my Greek yogurt. I now eat with keeping in mind my stomach is only the size of my fist when empty and that is how much I eat at one sitting. I eat very slow paying attention to each bite and savoring it all. Started this on June 11 and have released 33lbs (do not loose it anymore as that implies I want to find it again).
Very simple way to eat, no weighing and measuring of anything.

I admire you so much !!!! Congratulations on 33 pounds. I wish I could do this........xo
