Good Morning MMC!!!! It's going to be a beautiful day here with a high in the mid 70's. I got a early wake up call at 5am telling me that my brother in law had thrown out his back and wanting to know if I would come out and babysit while my sister took him to the hospital. So that's where I'm at. Hopefully they get home soon so I can run to the farmers market because I really don't want to drag both of my niece's with me. Now I'm off to find some caffeine since my sister doesn't have any coffee. I hope everyone is having a great day!!!!!!!

AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH RUN RUN RUN AND YOU KNOW WHY AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH

Good Morning, Appreciators of the Christmas Spirit.

And what better way to get into that spirit than to feast your eyes on this:
Days to the Season: 87
Days to Christmas Day: 129
One lone, single week from today -- the 2/3 mark to Christmas Day will be here.
Gee. Just Gee.

After a couple of dry days, we had some light rain yesterday evening.
Pleasant to listen to and to drift off to sleep with.
I show 69 degrees here this morning.

OK, Friends.
The Weekend is here.
Enjoy, Enjoy.....
and have a Sensational Saturday, too!

drift off to sleep AHH HAAA HAHHH OMG HA <<<< which time?

YABBAAAA

hmmm can anyone tell.. I've already had 19 cups of coffee?...

YABBBBBAAA....

Oh, I love you guys! Thank you!!

The little one is all fine again! =]

Im not sure Im doing so much better....
My throat is still sore...Maybe worse than yesterday.
I was thinking I should try some Cognac this evening
At least, I will get some goodnight sleep...

Good morning, Solice! I'm so glad your little one is fine ~ I hope this finds you better today!

So, as I mentioned, sorry for the long post! I wanted to make sure that I got to as much as I could! Now that I am all caught up, I feel much better. I hate being behind!

It's a little crummy outside right now. The temperature is only 66°F and it is pouring down rain. It's a little bit too cold for my liking. I just hate when the temperatures go from one extreme to the other. It was just in the 90s a few days ago and then we really dropped down. My sinuses aren't too happy with the change, either. I have been nothing but stuffed up for days now!

I am very happy that the fall is coming. Usually I love the summer - the temperatures and being off from school. This time around, I'm tired of all of the hot weather. It has been so hot and humid since March, practically. I am so ready for the temperatures to cool off a little bit, to light all of the fall candles that I bought, and to relax with the air conditioning off. Plus, of course that means Christmas is right around the corner. It is exciting to wait and see when the first decorations are put out in the stores. Another thing that I love is all of the cooking and the good food! I love making hearty dishes in the fall with my mom. It's always too hot to really turn the oven on in the summer, so now I can eat all of my favorites. I feel like my summer consisted of cook-outs, pizza, fast food, and going out to dinner.

I don't have much of anything planned for the rest of the day, so I think I am going to make myself a sandwich or something to eat for lunch, then get the mess sorted out with my classes. My college makes us wait until a week before the semester begins to schedule any online classes. This means over a thousand people trying to get through the phone line at once - ugh! I am getting prepared so I can hopefully get what I want this week. Then I can relax for my Friday and pop in a movie or two tonight.

Have a great day, everyone!

I know what you mean about the weather extremes and sinuses ~ hope you are better soon! I feel for you over the whole class scheduling thing ~ ugh! Good luck!! Have a MERRY day, jennifer!!!

Good Morning, MMC!

*Happy Friday...TGIF!*

Yesterday was Adrian's & my 4th wedding anniversary =]
Although we celebrated a bit last night, we are going to have dinner again this weekend to toast the occasion! Thank you to those of you that wished us well on FB!
My husband truly knows me very well. He bought me an It's A Wonderful Life matted photo, and had it signed by Karolyn Grimes. She addressed it to me, and quoted her line of "Every time a bell rings, an angel gets his wings". Then he framed it. I thought that was such a sweet gesture, since it's one of my favorite movies. God love him.

How are you guys today? Any weekend plans?

Besides going out for dinner tomorrow evening, we'll probably grill out & watch some movies. It's still very hot here. I can't wait for Fall! Have I told you that?! It'll be so nice to open the house up again. Harlowe loves it, too. That way she can listen to all of the neighborhood dogs, watch people walking by, etc. Basically be involved in all the action!

What an awesome present ~ so much love in it ~ I'm so happy you have such a wonderful husband!!!

Those low temps and soup sound so good. We are still in the 100s here! Ugh!

Ugh! is right! Stay cool, Seawaters!! Hope this finds you feeling a lot better ~ have a MERRY day, too!

Hey Brad !! How about some turkey sausage for us non-pork eaters ?? !!

I'd love some turkey sausage, as long as it is low sodium!

I am exhausted!!! BUT, I worked hard to get all my copies made for school for ALL of next week. Now I can totally relax and not have to go in to do any work during the weekend! Yay for me!

Yay!

Happy Anniversary! What a fantastic gift! That is the #1 movie on my Christmas list!!!! (I have seen it several hundred times, no exaggeration!) Wow wow wow! Very nice!

Did he meet her or did he write to her to get the autograph? That is so cool!

So, it's going to be a lazy Friday evening here.
Im going to enjoy some Dallas Chicken wings in front of the tv.
And I have many Christmas movies to see.
I am from Dallas and never heard of, Dallas Chicken Wings. We have Buffalo Chicken Wings. Is it that same? How interesting, you are from Norway eating Dallas wings! Are we talking about "Dallas, Texas"? Just curious.

Good morning, MMC!

What a lovely, cool morning! All the stuff I should have done yesterday I need to do today. On Wed./Thurs. I pulled a major muscle in my side/back and had to take it easy yesterday. I had planned on working on store stock and moving books around (I have them piled every where!), but since I couldn't twist or do a lot of lifting I ended up spending yesterday with my cousin. We went to Frankenmuth to grocery shop and do lunch. We hung out at her house for a few hours and then went to Caro to shop at Goodwill and then have dinner. It was a fun day! Mouse was upset I had been gone all day and gave me quite a talking to ~ I gave her a hug and apologized for leaving her alone with Bo and Palmer locked in separate areas of the house. She finally forgave me and then ignored me for the rest of the evening. I am very tired this morning, though, as I was up past my normal bed time of 9 - 10 pm. Mouse had me up early as she was hungry. She had food in her bowl, but she gets a third of a can of "special" cat food and she wanted it when she wanted it and wasn't going to take no for an answer. She pulls this stunt every now and then ~ maybe she wasn't as forgiving as I thought  She also wanted a polar fleece blanket on the bed. I left a few windows open last night and it got down into the low 40s this morning. At this time of the year, the sun does not shine in the house much, so she was chilled. She is happily snoozing on her blanket, with her hot pad nearby. Bo is snoring in the utility room and Palmer is out, racing around the living room and playing in a paper grocery bag. She is playing pounce, too. She will tap me with her front paws and then race away. She loves that game!

I need to get going on things ~ so much to do!

Have a MERRY day!!!!

Don't forget the chat this evening at 8 pm est. If anyone wants to meet earlier for a 3 pm (8, I believe in Ireland) let us know!

Cured? Make a serum and innoculate, innoculate, innoculate!!!! Something that powerful needs spread around!
Good idea!!!
I am exhausted!!! BUT, I worked hard to get all my copies made for school for ALL of next week. Now I can totally relax and not have to go in to do any work during the weekend! Yay for me!
You get yourself plenty of rest!!!
The job is going well !! In fact they gave me two more accounts today. I gave them a pretty hard time last week for limiting how many reports I type. They were really nice about it so today I wrote the owner and apologized. She understood and then told me what a great job I am doing !! I NEVER got told I was doing a good job at the place I just left - Only what I did WRONG.

It does make a difference when you are appreciated. It keeps you motivated to do a good job. At the end of everyday, my boss or owner tell me, "thanks, you did a great job"! They make sure to tell all the employees that. They also handle it well if you make a mistake.

I am glad you are appreciated!
